【摘要】 目的：研究益阴明目合剂治疗中晚期青光眼的临床价值和意义，为中晚期青光眼的治疗提供新的方法和途径。方法：1．通过治疗前后以及与对照组对照研究观察临床疗效。2．通过对中晚期青光眼患者P—VEP等项目的观察，探索和研究其发病机理，并进一步探讨这些检查在本病中的应用价值。结果：1、益阴明目合剂治疗前后相比较，其眼压、视野等各项观察指标均明显改善，治疗前后具有显著差异性(P＜0.05)2、益阴明目合剂与对照组疗效相比较，部分观测指标均显著改善，疗效与对照组大致相似(P＞0.05)。结论：1．益阴明目合剂对中晚期青光眼具有确切的疗效；2．益阴明目合剂治疗中晚期青光眼的作用机理通过降低眼压、改善微循环、降低血粘度、清除自由基等方面，而达到其保护视神经的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of Yiyinmingmu Mixture in the treatment of patients with middle-and-late period of glaucoma.Methods: 1.Sixteen patients (24 eyes) with middle-and-late period of glaucoma were treated with Yiyinmingmu Mixture.The changes of visual acuity, visual field, intraocular pressure and other P-VEP items were observed.2. Moreover, the clinical therapeutic effect was observed by means of case-control study. Results: 1 .The intraocular pressure and visual field after treatment were significantly improved compared with pretreatment (P<0.05).2.The clinical therapeutic effect was almost similar to that of the case-control group. Conclusions: 1 .The therapeutic effect of Yiyinmingmu Mixture in the treatment of patients with middle-and-late period of glaucoma can be identified.2. Yiyinmingmu Mixture could reduce the intraocular pressure, ameliorate the microcirculation and deliminate the oxygen free radicals. In a word, it can protect our optic nerve.更多还原
