【摘要】 目的:本文从理论、临床方面对儿童哮喘缓解期的病因病机和防治方药进行了系统观察与探讨,旨在探讨中药对哮喘缓解期气道炎性损伤的防治机理,为儿童哮喘防治工作寻求一种安全、高效、方便、经济的有效药物。方法:临床研究将90例哮喘缓解期儿童随机分为3组,分别给予防哮颗粒(中药治疗组)、固本咳喘片(中药对照组)及普米克都保(西药对照组)口服3个月,观察用药前后患儿主要症状、体征、发作次数、肺功能、肺循环及实验室检查指标的变化,并与固本咳喘片及普米克都保对照组比较。结果:临床研究结果显示:治疗组在主要症状、体征、发作次数、肺功能、肺血流及实验室检查指标方面优于对照组。防哮颗粒能改善哮喘缓解期儿童的症状、肺功能和肺血流,调节哮喘缓解期儿童的免疫,减低血清中炎性因子IL-4、免疫因子IgE的含量,明显改善哮喘缓解期患儿外周血中EOS计数的异常升高,减轻气道炎性损伤,且与固本咳喘片、普米克都保对照组比较有非常显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:防哮颗粒对哮喘缓解期儿童气道炎性损伤具有良好的防治作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:By observing and probing into the etiology,pathogenesis,prevention and cure medicine of children’s bronchial asthma in catabasis in theories and clinic,we try to find a kind of safe,effective,congvenient,economical medicine of children’s bronchial asthma in catabasis and probe into the prevention and cure elements on air-way inflammation in catabasis. Methods:In clinical study,90 bronchial asthma children in catabasis are randomly divided into 3 groups,treated with Fangxiao Granule, Gu Ben Ke Chuan Tablet and Budesonide Powder for Inhalation for three month.We observe the change of the children’s cardinal symptom,objective sign,frequency,pulmonary function, pulmonary microcirculation and laboratory examination.After that,we compare the treatment group with the control groups. Result:The clinical study shows that the treatment group is better than the control groups in children’s cardinal symptom, objective sign, frequency, pulmonary function, pulmonary microcirculation and laboratory examination.The Fangxiao Granule can improve the immune function and reduce the content of inflammatory factor IL-4 and immunological factor IgE in the serum of bronchial asthma children in catabasis, and EOS count in the peripheral blood, alleviate air-way tracheospasm and have significant differences compared with Gu Ben Ke Chuan Tablet and Budesonide Powder for Inhalation groups (P<0.01). Conclusion: Fangxiao Granule have good prevention and cure function on asthma children’s air-way inflammation in catabasis.更多还原
