【摘要】 目的:通过对降压保肾合剂治疗老年高血压病早期肾损害的实验结果和临床疗效的分析,探讨降压保肾合剂的降压和肾脏保护作用的机理。方法:实验观察了降压保肾合剂对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)的尾动脉血压的改变、以及对尿N-乙酰-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)、尿蛋白、血清内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)等表达的影响;临床选择符合纳入标准的老年高血压病早期肾损害患者50例,随机分为治疗组30例和对照组20例,治疗组给予降压保肾合剂,对照组给予洛汀新,观察两组的临床疗效。结论:实验研究显示,降压保肾合剂可促进SHR大鼠血压的降低,作用平缓、持久,显著降低尿NAG、尿蛋白和降低血浆ET及升高血清NO的含量;临床研究显示,降压保肾合剂具有良好的降压、改善临床症状、保护肾脏功能以及改善血流动力学改变和脂质代谢的作用。降压保肾合剂是临床治疗老年高血压病早期肾损害的有效方剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the experimental results and clinical effect of JiangYaBaoShen mixture on treating early renal damage in senile essential hypertension and explore its therapeutic mechanism. Method: In the experimental study, as pathological model, SHR (Spontaneously Hypertension Rat) were observed on JiangYaBaoShen mixture has influenced their physiological index. The blood pressure , NAG andα1-MG in urine, ET in plasma and NO in serum were all measured. In the clinical study, 50 elderly patients of hypertension with early renal damage were divided randomly into treatment group (40 cases) and control group (20cases).The patients in treatment group were treated with JiangYaBaoShen mixture and the control group were treated with Lotensin. The clinical effect was observed during the course of treatment. Results: The experimental study shows that JiangYaBaoShen mixture can promote the recovery of SHR (Spontaneously Hypertension Rat) of early renal damage, and can markedly reduce protein in urine , ET in plasma and NO in serum. The clinical research shows that the mixture has assured antihypertensive effect with bringing the blood pressure obviously down. The total curative effects of the clinical symptoms in the treatment group were better than in the control group(P<0.05). The treatment group was superior to the control group in regulating the blood-fat and hemodynamic abnormality. Conclusion: JiangYaBaoShen mixture is an effective medicament of treating early renal damage in senile essential hypertension.更多还原
