智能化白度测量系统设计

【摘要】 本文主要阐述了白度测量系统的设计原理、设计方法及其性能测试及结果。系统是根据色度学、光度学和辐射度学基本理论设计的。用卤钨灯模拟D65照明体照射样品,采用d/o照明观测几何条件,用积分球对样品漫射光匀光,并用偏蓝硅光电池RCR接收光信号同时产生微弱电压信号。仪器采用单片机自控技术,自动完成对样品的(荧光)白度、明度、(不)透明度、光散射(吸收)系数等物理量的测量。经过电压放大,V/F转换,单片机自动对数据进行处理,最终显示并打印结果。经过最终测试表明:所设计的白度测试系统设计合理、性能及技术指标等基本达到设计要求。在论文最后,还讨论了该系统仍然存在的精度不够的问题以及解决方案。

【Abstract】 This article described the design and application of MCU in thesystem of measurement of whiteness.This system of whiteness is designed according to the basicknowledge about the colourity study, the luminosity study and theradiativity study. Halogen lamp to imitate the light source D65 tosight the sample, using d/o lighten to observe the geometricalcondition, using integral ball to stand upright normal ofsample, and receive the weak electric voltage signal from thesilion battery RCR. the instrument adopt the automotive controltechnology of MCU, it can complete the measurement of the physicaldata of the whiteness, measure lightness Y1, namely Ry, measuretransparentness and opaque degree, measure scattering(absorbing)coefficient.By voltage amplier, V/F invert, automotive processing to thedata, and then print the result, the result indicated:the systemworks stably and accurately.
