光纤受激拉曼散射的研究

【摘要】 随着光纤在生产上和科研上应用的日益广泛,对光纤的各种物理特性的研究越来越受到人们的重视。而光纤受激拉曼散射系统是研究光纤拉曼效应的主要的手段之一,因此研制一种高性能、稳定的光纤受激拉曼散射系统是十分必要。本文主要工作是研制了一套光纤受激拉曼散射系统,包括泵浦源、耦合系统和探测系统。其泵浦源为输出波长532nm、脉宽10ns的Nd:YAG电光调Q固体脉冲激光器,耦合系统采用透镜耦合,并研制了相应的光谱仪作为探测系统。本文从理论上计算了各级拉曼谱的频移。实验上利用这套系统,完成了单模、多模光纤受激拉曼散射输出模式的测试,以及光纤受激拉曼散射的斯托克斯谱线测量。实验结果与理论基本符合。同时,实验也验证了整套系统的稳定性、可靠性。

【Abstract】 With the increasing application of fibers in production andscientific research, studying on physical characteristic of fibersbecomes more and more importance. The fiber Stimulated RamanScattering (SRS) system is one of the main methods to research theSRS phenomena in the fibers. Absolutely, it is necessary to develop ahigh performance and good stability fiber SRS system.In this thesis, the main job is to develop fiber SRS system,included the pump source, couple system, and detecting system. Thepump source we used is a Electro-optical Q-switch solid pulseNd:YAG laser. Laser wavelength is 532nm and pulse width is 10 ns.Lens was used as the couple system, and the correspondedspectrometer was used as the detecting system.In the thesis, The Stokes shifts was calculated in theory. By usingthis system, output modes patterns of Stimulated Raman Scattering insignal-mode fibers and multimode fibers and Stokes waves ofStimulated Raman Scattering in fibers were measured. The experimentphenomena and the theory are matched well. Performance and stabilityof this system can be affirmed by the experiment also.
