一体化氧化沟固液分离效果的研究

【摘要】 固液分离器是一体化氧化沟的核心技术,为寻求一种简易强化固液分离装置,本试验将普通二沉池和Garrett工艺特点结合起来,并沿袭现有固液分离器的优点,对“沟内分离+沟外沉淀”固液分离器进行试验研究。本次试验在总结现有研究成果的基础上,设计了多组不同的固液分离组件,通过对不同组件进行试验,筛选出效果较好的折板固液分离组件,并对其进行中试工程试验。大量试验数据表明;在进水水质、水量、污泥浓度、污泥沉降性能、表面负荷等不断变化的情况下,侧沟出水SS始终优于国家相应的标准值。出水中SS小于20mg/L的占93.3%,SS小于15mg/L的占89.3%,SS小于5mg/L的占21.3%,这些都说明该种形式的固液分离器具有很好的固液分离效果,并且有较好的耐冲击性能。本文对固液分离器众多影响因素进行挑选,选择表面负荷、污泥沉降陛能、主沟沟底流速、组件缝隙间距进行正交试验。结果显示,对出水的影响程度由大到小是表面负荷>污泥沉降性能>沟底流速>组件缝隙间距,并得出最优组合即;表面负荷SOR沟内固液分离器80m~3/m~2·d、沟外固液分离器48m~3/m~2·d,污泥沉降性能SVI为80mL/g,沟底流速V为0.3m/s,组件缝隙间距20cm。同时,本文对固液分离器污泥回流效果进行试验,发现在沟内污泥回流主要发生在后部,越靠近尾部,污泥回流状况越好。

【Abstract】 The separator is core technology of the Integrated Oxidation Ditches, to seek for one measure to reinforce solid-liquid separator, the second settlement and Garrett process were combined in this test, together with existing solid-liquid separator’s advantage. "Inside separator+ outside settlement" solid-liquid separator was tested.On the basis of prior study, several separator models were designed in the experiment. By testing the different kinds of separators, the Folded Plate solid liquid separator, which was applied in the middling scale project, was chose, because of its good effect.Many data show that the SS always were better than the standard as the MLSS、SVI、SOR changed continually. The SS less than 20mg/L account for 93.3%, less than 15mg/L account for 89.3%, less than 5mg/L account for 21.3%. These data indicate that this solid liquid separator has good solid liquid separating effect, together with good shock resistance.By observing and analyzing the phenomena in the middling scale project, influencing factors of the separation were determined, and some of them such as SOR、SVI、V and Component distance were chosen to make Orthogonal experiment. The result indicated that the influencing extent from deep to simple was V, SVI, Component distance, SOR. At the same time, the best Collocation was found, which is as follows:SOR of Inside solid-liquid Separator: 80m~3/m~2·d, SOR of Outside solid-liquid Separator: 48m~3/m~2·d SVI: 80mL/g, V: 0.3m/s, Component distance: 20cm.The return of separator was studied in this experiment. The result showed that return of sludge mainly took place in the back of solid liquid separator. The state of sludge return was better as to be the end.
