400型连续挤压机的PLC控制系统研究

【摘要】 连续挤压技术是1971年英国原子能管理局普林菲尔德实验室的科学家发明的,由于技术原因,最初主要用于铝材的连续挤压。上世纪90年代末,铜材连续挤压技术有所突破,英国BWE线缆设备有限公司率先完成了铜扁线连续挤压设备的研究。大连铁道学院连续挤压中心一直追踪于这一先进技术,于2004年在国内率先成功研制了TLJ400连续挤压机,是国内最先的一条集挤压/包覆于一体的TLJ400型连续挤压/包覆生产线。可编程序控制器从其产生到现在只有短短三十几年时间,但由于其在工业控制领域中显现出的高集成度、小体积、大容量、高速度、易用性、高性能等优点,而受到广泛的关注和研究,目前关于PLC工业控制方面的技术已经相当成熟。随着TLJ400连续挤压机技术的不断改进,现已成功销售到国内外许多地方,这就要求我们对其自动化程度的追求要越来越高。相比国外的一些同型号的连续挤压设备,国外在控制和监视方面多采用工业控制计算机或远程监控,来完成控制的实施和参数的监视。此外,在数据采集与存储方面,在国内由于目前所用的监控软件:组态王软件,在数据存储后,只能在装有该软件的电脑上打开和浏览,这样对于远程监控数据和数据导出都不方便。本次数据采集与存储是基于Access数据库与ODBC数据源技术,成功实现了Access数据库与VB中的ADO控件的数据源连接,并利用VB来编写PLC与计算机通信与数据采集上位机程序,利用STEP7-Micro/WIN 4.0来编写PLC与计算机通信和数据交换的下位机程序,实践证明:数据采集和存储速度快、实时性强,而且采集到的数据可以在没有装组态王软件的电脑上浏览、编辑和存储。对主轴电机转速控制上,设计基于模糊PID控制的控制器,并在原有PLC的控制程序的基础上,增加了输入量模糊量化、模糊控制表的建立与查询、输出量去模糊化和参数可调整PID的PLC程序,最后借助于Matlab7.0仿真软件中的Simulink工具箱对所建的模糊PID主轴电机控制系统进行仿真。仿真结果表明:采用模糊PID控制,系统的响应速度加快、调节精度提高、稳态性能变好,而且超调和振荡都比PID控制要小很多,调节时间比模糊控制也短,具有较强的鲁棒性。

【Abstract】 Continuous extrusion technology was invented by the English Springfield’s lab in 1971. Because of the technology; it is main used to produce aluminium production at first. In the late 1990’s, the technology of copper continuous extrusion has a breakthrough. The British BWE cable company took the lead in accomplishing the research of the copper continuous extrusion device. The Continuous Extrusion Engineering Research Center (CEERC) of Dalian Railway Institute has being track in this advanced technique continuously, and in domestic took the lead in 2004 successfully to develop the TLJ400 Continuous Extrusion Machine which was the first TLJ400 Extrusion/Cladding production in China.Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) only has 30 years from produces to the present, but because it appears some excellences in the industrial control domain with high-density, small volume, large capacity, high velocity, usability and high performance, which receives widespread attention and research. Now the technology about PLC industrial control has been widespread applied.As the development of the continuous extrusion machine’s technique, the TLJ400 continuous extruder has been sold to many foreign places now. Machines in the overseas use the industry control computer or the long-distance monitoring in controlling and surveillance, in order to complete control and parameter surveillance, Besides, in data acquisition and memory aspect, Because we collect and memorize data with monitoring software at present: King View software, which cannot browse without King View software of computer,thus,wo cannot long range monitor and derive data.In paper, data acquisition and memory is based on Access Database and ODBC Data Source technology, successfully realizes connecting Access Database and ADO Data Source in VB, and compile computer program which realized communication and data acquisition between PLC and computer with VB. compile PLC program which realized communication and data acquisition between PLC and computer with STEP7-Micro/WIN 4.0.Result shows chear: it has high speed and real-time nature, and can browse ,edit and memory in computer without King View software.In the control of the principal axis rotate speed, we increasing PLC program include input quantity fuzzification,establish and polling Fuzzy Rule List, output quantity distinction, parameter adjustable PID. Finally make use of MatlabSimulink toolbox to simulate the Fuzzy-PID control system. The result of the simulation indicated that the system has fast response speed, high adjustment precision, well steady-state behaviour,less overshoot and oscillation than PID control, less short adjustment time than Fuzzy control, better robust.
