多页图像比对测量喷油嘴密封座面角度系统研究

【摘要】 喷油器是柴油机供给系的重要组成部分,国产柴油机喷油器,每2万公里检修一次(合500小时),其中30~50%的喷油嘴需要更换或修理,其中喷油嘴座面角度不合理是造成喷油器早期失效的重要原因之一。合理的座面角度可使喷油嘴器件在汽缸内喷射的柴油雾化均匀、穿透力强、燃油颗粒细化、燃烧充分,可使柴油机功率发挥充分,降低油耗和污染的排放,但喷油嘴座面角度一直不能准确的进行无损测量。本课题根据喷油嘴座面角度测量的迫切需要,利用光线成像技术、像素细分、多层图像比较测量技术,找到了一种为先进的喷油嘴密封座面角度测量系统应用的测量方法。该喷油嘴座面角度测量系统是以工业控制计算机为核心,利用光纤内窥镜、高分辨率CCD传感器、工控机、光栅位移传感器、伺服电机和工作台等硬件,构建软、硬件测试和控制平台,以实现计算机控制的对喷油嘴密封座面角度的测量。本课题研究的方法是以工业控制机为核心,可自动进行图象采样,实现对多层图像快速比对,给出精确测量结果的智能图象测控系统,将从根本上使得喷油嘴密封座面角度的测量自动化、智能化,采用先进的自动化检测与监控方法代替传统的手工方法将大大降低工人的劳动强度,提高效率,并能够降低人为因素的影响,从而提高准确率与可靠性。本文将从光纤内窥镜、CCD传感器、视频采集、单片机测量控制电路、系统整体设计等几个方面全面阐述系统的设计、理论基础及具体实现的方法,对如何准确快速判断出喷油嘴座面角度是否合理的方法与实现进行了探索,使这一方法能更好的应用到喷油嘴座面角度测量的系统中。

【Abstract】 The oil nozzle is an important part of the supply department of diesel. The homemade diesel need to be tested when it have worked per 20000 kilometer(almost 500 hours).The proportion of needing to be repaired or replaced among all tested oil nozzle is 30% to 50%. The incorrect angle of the sealed inclined plane of oil nozzle is an important factor to the forepart invalidation of the oil nozzle. The logical angle can make the fuel, which is sprayed in cylinder by oil nozzle, atomize averagely, have good penetrability and burn adequately , then make the diesel power work fully, reduce oil waste and pollution. But so far, there is no direct method to test the angle of the sealed inclined plane of oil nozzle.To meet the need of test the angle of the sealed inclined plane of oil nozzle ,the paper develops an advanced system of testing the angle of the sealed inclined plane of oil nozzle, using beam imaging technology, fractionizing pixel and test technology of comparing several images. The system uses the industrial computer as the core part, using optical fiber endoscope, high resolving power CCD sensor, industrial computer, the raster displacement sensor, the servo electromotor and working table to compose a testing and controlling software and hardware working table ,which is controlled by computer, to carry out testing the angle of the sealed inclined plane of oil nozzle .The method researched in the paper can carry out images’ sampling automatically and comparing the multiple layer images’ alignment quickly. The intelligent measure and control image system , which can figure out the right measuring result, will make the process of testing the angle of the sealed inclined plane of oil nozzle automatic and intelligent. Using the advanced method of automatic detection and monitoring instead of traditional method, will lower the working intension, raising the efficiency, lower the influence of the artificial factor, thus raise the accurate rate and credibility.The paper will narrate the system’s design, basic theory and concretely realization all-around from several sides, such as optical fiber endoscope, CCD sensor, capturing image, measure and control circuit using SCM and system’s overall design. To make this method used better in the system, the paper makes some exploration on the method and implement to get the rationality of the tested result about the angle of the sealed inclined plane of oil nozzle.
