齿轮式多点泵的特性分析与结构设计

【摘要】 在大型机床导轨的润滑系统中,流体静压润滑系统通过静压支承作用能够消除机床导轨的爬行问题、保证机床导轨耐久性和安全性等,因而得到了广泛应用。定量供油润滑系统是流体静压润滑系统的一种类型,它需要提供给机床导轨各润滑点等量的油液,保持系统稳定。齿轮泵具有结构简单,制造容易,价格低廉,抗污染能力强等突出优点。一般在润滑系统中,常常采用齿轮泵作为系统的能源装置。在定量供油润滑系统中,如果采用单泵分流供油,由于各润滑点受到压力的不同,就会使得各分流器的液阻不同,进而油液通过分流器分流到达各润滑点的油量就会不一样,这样就会使系统不稳定。如果采用单泵单腔供油,尽管满足了各润滑点的油量相同,但又使得成本太高,不经济。齿轮式多点润滑泵是在普通外啮合齿轮泵基础上发展起来的一种新型液压动力元件,它应用于定量供油润滑系统中。它的流量不受负载的影响,均匀,能够提供给各润滑点等量的油液,虽然体积相对较小,但能够达到多个泵的使用性能,具有经济性。采用齿轮式多点泵供油,就会避免单泵分流和单泵单腔供油出现的问题。目前,由于国内对齿轮式多点润滑泵的研究很少,市场上所用产品也是从国外进口。本文就是针对这一问题,通过对国外产品的了解进行分析与设计。本文介绍了齿轮式多点泵的结构原理、排量和流量计算、结构特点以及性能指标。其中在对多点泵径向力的分析中,证明了中心轮径向液压力、啮合力及总作用力平衡。在齿轮式多点泵工作原理及结构特点的基础上,对其流量特性、动态特性进行了理论分析,并对流量脉动提出了四点改进措施。在对流量特性的分析中,利用了MATLAB软件进行了仿真,结果表明理论分析和仿真结果是一致的。以实际为基础,通过理论分析,设计了具有二十个出口的齿轮式多点润滑泵。通过画图软件PRO/ENGINEER做了样机图纸,完成了设计要求。

【Abstract】 In the lubrication system of vast mechanical rail, the fluid static-pressure lubrication system can cancel the crawl and ensure the longevity and security of mechanical rail, etc. So it has been gotten the extensive application.The lubrication system of quantitative oil supplying is one type of the fluid static-pressure lubrication system. It can supply equivalent oil for every lubrication point of mechanical rail and keeps system stable. The gear pump has such merits as simple structure, easy manufacture, low cost, insensitive oil pollution, etc. It is often adopted as energy supply device in the lubrication system.In the lubrication system of quantitative oil supplying, if it is adopted the means that single pump and diffluence supply oil, the system may be non-stabilized, because the oil quantity of every lubrication point may be different, when different pressures cause different liquid resistance. If it is adopted the means that single pump and single oil recess supply oil, its cost is too high.Gear’s multiple-port lubrication pump is a new-style hydraulic power component based on the theory of the common external meshing gear pump, and it is applicable in lubrication system. Its flow velocity is not affected by laden, homogeneous, and can supply equivalent oil for every lubrication point. Furthermore, its volume is oppositely small and can achieve the preformance of multiple pumps. If it is adopted, the system can avoid the problems that single pump and diffluence or single pump and single oil recess exist.At present, it is not researched in our country and all of products come from foreign countries. So this dissertation analyses and researches this kind of pump according to foreign products.This dissertation synthetically analyzes the theory of the principle, account of discharge and flow, structural characteristics and testing standards of gear’s multiple-port pumps. In the analysis of radial force, it demonstrates that the radial hydraulic pressure, meshing force and resultant force are balanced on the center wheel. It theoretically analyzes the flow characteristic and dynamic characteristic. Moreover, the improvement of flow pulsation is proposed and is accordingly introduced in detail. The emulational conclusion by MATLAB is same as theoretical analysis. Based of the practicality, a model is researched and manufactured by the designing precept in this dissertation. It has twenty exports. Furthermore, blueprint of the gear’s multiple-port lubrication pump is designed by PRO/ENGINEER and is finished.
