竖向荷载作用下柱—板复合体系破坏模式和承载能力的计算研究

【摘要】 冷弯薄壁型钢结构住宅体系是我国引进的国外轻型钢结构住宅体系中的一种重要结构形式,它的墙体是该住宅体系的主要承重构件,同时也起着维护作用。墙体是由墙体立柱(一般为冷弯薄壁C形型钢)、导轨(一般为冷弯薄壁U形型钢)和墙面维护材料(通常采用定向纤维板或称OSB板或欧松板)用自攻螺钉连接起来的一种复合的受力构件。本文的研究目的就是对该住宅体系的墙体(柱-板复合体系)的破坏模式及承载能力计算进行进一步的研究探索,其主要结论有以下五个方面:(1)墙体立柱轴向承载力提高的本质原因为有效计算长度系数的改变。(2)连接件(螺钉)的间距对其破坏模式是有影响的。(3)从理论上给出墙体立柱的有效计算长度系数:并得到有效计算长度系数(μ)的确定与构件的抗弯刚度(EI)、构件的几何长度(l)及墙板简化为弹簧支承后的支承刚度系数(c)有关。(4)导轨对立柱的约束作用主要取决于导轨和立柱的抗弯线刚度比值。(5)冷弯薄壁型钢可以作为国内发展低层钢结构住宅的主要用材,冷弯薄壁型钢骨架系统可以作为国内发展低层钢结构住宅的主要体系。

【Abstract】 Cold-formed thin-wall steel residential building is one kind of important structural stylein’lightweight steel construction residential buildings introduced from outside world.Wall-studs system not only is main load-carrying member, but also takes on maintenanceaction. Which consists of wall studs (usually are cold-formed thin-wall steels with C-section),tracks (usually are cold-formed thin-wall steels with U-section) and maintenance panels(usually are OSB panels) by self-tapping screws.The further calculation research is done on failure model and bearing capacity ofwall-studs system subject to centric axial loads in this paper. The main conclusionspresented focus on five aspects:(1) Change of effective calculated length coefficient is essential reason on increase ofaxial bearing capacity of stud.(2) Space length between self-tapping screws effects on failure model.(3) Effective calculated length coefficients of stud in elastic phase are given. Effectivecalculated length coefficient is affected by flexural rigidity, geometrical length and elasticbeatings’ stiffness coefficient.(4) Restrain action of tracks with U-section to studs with C-section is confirmed byratio of flexural rigidity on unit length of tracks and studs.(5) Cold-formed thin-wall steels may be main materials of low steel structureresidential building’s development and Cold-formed thin-wall steel frame system may bemain system of low steel structure residential building’s development at home.
