【摘要】 残疾人是构建和谐社会的重要组成部分，只有构成社会的每一个因子都和谐了，整个社会才会和谐。聋人听不到东西、说不了话，他们在信息的接受、信息的传递上面有着严重的障碍，他们是各类残疾人中自我最封闭、与外界最难沟通的群体。为了更好的关心、关爱、关注聋人的现实生活，本文采取实证研究的方法，研究了聋人的婚姻状况、婚姻观念、婚姻质量、婚姻质量的特点以及采取怎样的措施来切实提高聋人的婚姻质量。婚姻质量是一个主客观相结合的复杂概念，本文借鉴前人研究的成果，结合聋人这一特殊群体的特点，通过婚姻满意度、对配偶满意度、物质生活满意度、性生活满意度这四个因子来度量婚姻质量。并采用“因数分析法”对于婚姻质量的理论架构进行检验。本文分为七部分：第一部分，首先从文献上回顾了国内外对于婚姻质量的研究情况以及对于聋人问题的研究情况，并在此基础上提出本研究的逻辑思路和研究假设。第二部分，描述聋人择偶的结识途径、恋爱时间、婚姻状况、家庭结构等基本情况。第三部分，从对于婚姻与性、结婚的目的与维系、婚姻满意度三个方面调查聋人的婚姻观念。第四部分，从婚姻满意度、对配偶的满意度、物质生活满意度、性生活满意度四个方面来度量婚姻质量。第五部分，通过对于调查数据的分析与统计，对于聋人的婚姻质量的现状进行描述，对其质量进行评估。第六部分，总结归纳聋人的婚姻质量具有“平等、和谐、理解”是聋人夫妻的主线、聋人对于配偶的高满意度与对于婚姻关系的低满意度、主观满意度高于客观满意度的三个主要特点。第七部分，提出要通过提高聋人“平等、参与、共享”、提高聋人物质生活水平、提高聋人自身素质三个方面，来提高婚姻质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 The disabled are an important part in our harmonious society. We know, only if each part of the factor that form the society is harmonized can the whole society be harmonious. The deaf can’t speak or talk, so they have many difficulties on information receiving and transmitting. The deaf is a community that sealed themselves most, and having the most difficulties in communicating with others. With the purpose of caring loving and concerning the deaf’s real life, on using empirical study method, this paper studied the deaf’s marriage state, marriage conception, marriage quality and it’s factors, the measure we take to improve their marriage quality practically.Marriage quality is a complex concept that consists of subjectivity and objectivity. We learn from other researchers’ study results; binding the deaf-a special community’s peculiarities; using marriage satisfaction, satisfaction towards their spouses, material life satisfaction, sexual life satisfaction factors to measure marriage quality; adopting "factor analyze" to testify marriage quality’s theoretical framework..There 7 parts in this paper:In the first part, using literature method, we collect the information about the study on marriage quality and the deaf’s problems’ study condition and then we proposed our study logical clue and Research hypothesis.In the second part, we describe the basic condition such as the way the deaf know their spouse, amativeness time, marriage condition, family structure and so on..In the third part, investigate the deaf’s marital concept from 3 aspect, they are: marriage and sex, the purpose to get married and marriage satisfaction.In the forth part, we using 4 aspects to measure marriage quality-- marriage satisfaction, satisfaction towards their spouses, material life satisfaction and sexual life satisfaction.In the fifth part, we analyzed and statistic the data we collect from investigating, then we depict the deaf’s marriage quality condition and evaluate its quality.In the sixth part, we conclude that "equality, harmonious and comprehending" are the masterstroke of the deaf’s marriage quality.In the seventh part, we advance that through improving the deaf’s "equality, harmonious and comprehending", improving their material living standard and their self-quality, we can finally improve their marriage quality更多还原
