栽培因子对油菜含油量的影响研究

【摘要】 在油菜生产上含油量变异小于种子产量的变异,选用高含油量品种和采用先进栽培技术提高种子含油量在一定程度上比提高种子产量更经济,效果更明显。本试验采用二次正交旋转组合设计对氮、磷、钾、硫、柠檬酸、油菜素内酯进行分析。单因素效应分析氮肥施用量与含油量呈直线负相关;磷肥施用量与含油量呈曲线负相关,在一定范围内,施用磷肥有利于油菜含油量的提高,过量则降低含油量;钾肥施用量与含油量呈曲线负相关;硫肥施用量与含油量相关性随试验地变化不同。本试验条件下在低氮、中磷、中钾水平下可以获得较高的含油量;在第一次试验中当氮、磷、钾、硫的有效含量分别为0kg/hm~2、112.5kg/hm~2、112.5kg/hm~2、60 kg/hm~2时可以获得最高含油量45.87%;在第二次试验中当氮、磷、钾的有效含量分别为0kg/hm~2、112.5 kg/hm~2、112.5 kg/hm~2时可以获得最高含油量44.08%。油菜素内酯和柠檬酸的效果不显著,有可能是与施用时期和施用量有关。油酸含量随取样时间的推移不断上升,亚油酸含量在开花后22天左右达到最高值,此后含量缓慢下降;亚麻酸含量在开花后15天含量较低,22天达到最大值,22天到30天急剧下降,30天后处于相对平稳状态。磷脂酸磷酸酯酶活性和6-磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶酶活性在前期都比较低,中间出现一个酶活性高峰,然后逐渐下降,而且两个酶的活性都与含油量呈正的曲线相关,相关性达到显著水平。

【Abstract】 The oil-content variation is smaller than the variation of oil-seedyield in the rape-productivity. So, it is more economic and obvious tochoose high oil-content cultivar species and adoption a forerunnercultivate technique to raise seed oil-content than raising seed yield tosome extent. The Quadratic-Orthogonal-Rotation-Combination is used to analysis the effect of Nitrogen, Phosphate,Kainite, Sulphur, Lemon acid and BR in this study. In the single factoranalyzes, It shows a negative related line to Nitrogen dosage andoil-content. The relation of Phosphate dosage and oil-content is curverelated. To some extent, the using of Phosphate will raise the oil-contentof rape, but it will be lower if Phosphate is too much. The Kainite dosageand oil-content is curve related. The relation of Sulphur dosage andoil-content is related to the experiment place. The oil-content is higherwhen the Nitrogen dosage at low level, the Phosphate dosage at middle level,the Kainite dosage at middle level in this condition. At the firstexperiment, when the Nitrogen valid content is 0kg/hm~2, the Phosphatevalid content is 112.5 kg/hm~2, the Kainite valid content is 112.5 kg/hm~2,the Sulphur valid content is 60 kg/hm~2, we can acquire the highestoil-content 45.87%. At the second experiment, when the nitrogen validcontent is 0kg/hm~2, the Phosphate valid content is 112.5 kg/hm~2, theKainite valid content is 112.5 kg/hm~2, we can acquire the highestoil-content 44.08%. BR and lemon acid didn’t show significant effect,probably they are related to the using period and the dosage. The oleicacid content increases constantly with the times go on. The linoleic acid content will reach the max value at around 22 days after flower, then itdecrease slowly. The linolenic acid content will be at the lowest levelin 15d after flower, and then it will reach the highest level at the 22dafter flower. But it will reach a low level since 30d after flower, andthe change is small. The activities of phosphatidate phosphatase andgluose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase are at a low level in former time, a highpeak appears in the metaphase, and then it will descend gradually. Theactivities of the two enzymes show a positive curve relation with theoil-content, and the relativity is significant.
