高速公路沥青砼废料再生应用研究

【摘要】 随着使用期的延长,高等级公路大量进入维修养护期,维修养护、翻修重建的任务越来越重,路面维修产生的废旧路面材料的再生利用问题日益显现。我国高速公路绝大部分为沥青路面结构,按照初步统计,全国高速公路平均每年将产生接近4000万吨的废旧沥青混合料。大量的废旧沥青材料如果当作建筑垃圾遗弃,必然造成巨大的资源浪费、经济损失、环保压力。在这样的形势下,我们着手开展沥青铣刨料再生应用研究。本论文通过对高速公路路面大中型修补中产生沥青铣刨料性能分析,结合国际国内沥青再生机理及再生技术成果,通过掺配一定比例的新集料和新沥青或再生剂(铣刨料中旧沥青老化严重)来改善沥青铣刨料性能,使之符合标准混合料性能指标。通过加装沥青铣刨料处置设备并使之与现有拌和设备连接,使再生技术应用得以批量化、产业化。同时进行试验路段的试铺,对技术成果各项指标进行验证。本论文针对山西省高速公路沥青路面破损特点,通过改装普通拌和设备使之达到再生功能,不仅可以将大批量沥青混合料得以回收利用,而且减少设备投资成本,提高了经济效益,同时降低对环境的影响与对生态资源的破坏,具有良好的经济效益与社会效益。

【Abstract】 With the extend of the expressway, the maintainance of road surface is getting large, theproblem produced by the abolish material is faced to us. Our expressways are mainly made withasphalt material .According to summary, there are about 4,000 million tons or so produced inexpressway maintainance, what has brought the waste of resource, economy damage andenviorment preserving. Under the condition, we began our research.The purpose of this thesis is based on the function analyze of asphalt milling materialproduced by the large and medium-sized expressway road surface maintainment engineering,combining with international and national asphaltt regenerate technology achievements,improving the function of asphalt milling material by mixing a certain scale of new material andnew asphalt or regenerate preparation, because of the serious ageing of old asphalt in millingmaterial, in order to conform to the norm of standard mixing material.Adding asphalt milling material handling equipments, and connecting it to existing mixingequipment, the regenerate technology can be hatched and industrialized. At the same time, thisproject can pave the experiment road to test the norms of technology achievements.This thesis not only can reuse lots of asphalt mixed material, increase the economicefficiency, but also can reduced the effection to envionmemt and the destroy to ecology resource,possessing excellent economic efficiency and social benefit.
