【摘要】 随着移动通信网络的飞速发展,新业务不断涌现。无线移动通信系统为用户提供越来越多的数据、图像、视频等多媒体业务信息。用户规模不断扩大,移动通信网络的承载能力和服务能力面临着新的考验。尤其是在向3G演变的过程中,网络形态更为复杂。在这种情况下,各大运营商都将提升网络的服务质量、控制网络运营成本、增强企业的核心竞争力等列为影响企业未来的大事,网络优化工作的重要性日益突出。本课题就是在做优化工作的路测部分,采用的是CQT (Call Quality Tests,拨测)方式,对网络质量参数进行实时采集,来为网络优化工作服务。通过对GSM网络拨测CQT项目需求的分析,确定系统要实现的功能大致上有呼叫测试,语音质量评估,GPRS (General Packet Radio Service)附着和去附着测试等。需要将测试过程中发生的各种事件连同网络质量参数都记录下来,并通过GPRS网络上传到服务器,由客户通过终端的软件进行分析。在确定这些功能之后,对要求的指标进行了分析。采用性能强大,处理速度快的AVR系列单片机ATMega128,由于SRAM资源比较有限,所以外扩32KB的SRAM (Static Random Access Memory,静态随机存取存储器)和2M的FLASH,无线通信模块使用西门子的MC55,配合扩展AT指令集来控制测试过程。MC55为工业级模块,测得的参数非常齐全,模块还支持TCP/IP协议,温度范围能满足要求,而且也非常抗振,能在恶劣的环境下工作。所以选择此款模块,来实现测试。由于实现了远程控制,能自动上传文件,下载命令文件并解析执行,而且还有远程自动升级,短信控制等多项功能,改变传统人工路测的困难,给客户提供了大量有价值的客观数据,进一步为网络分析和优化打下良好基础。

【Abstract】 Along with the rapid development of mobile communication network, the new service wells up unceasingly.The mobile communication system provides more and more data, image, video and so on the multimedia service information for users .The user scale expands unceasingly, mobile communication network bearing capacity and serviceability are facing the new challenges. Particularly in the process of evolution to 3G , the network structure is more complex. In this case, each operation business will promote the network the grade of service, control operation cost of network and enhance enterprise’s core competitive power , the importance of network optimization work is prominent day by day .Mobile Communication is developping very fast, so more and more people use it . At the same time the quality of mobile communication system is worsening, so the mobile communication net needs to be moptimized and upgraded.After analyzing the demand of the project CQT, we have confirmed a few functions including calling test , voice quality evaluation , GPRS attachment and GPRS detachment test and so on .Then we need to save kinds of events of the test process as well as the parameters of the net quality and upload them to FTP server that we supply for client by GPRS network . So our client can analyze them by a certain professional software that is supplied for client by ourselves too .After confirming those functions ,we have done research for demand of index .We adopt the AVR micro chips Atmega128 ,whose function is powerful and process speed is very fast . For the memory source of SRAM is limited, so we extended 64KB SRAM and 2MB FLASH. We selected Simens MC55 as wireless communication model, which is combined with AT instruction. We chose this model to realize test function because MC55 can get enough information, and it supports TCP/IP protocols, more importantly it is able to work in wide temperature scope.The system is controlled by terminal, auto upload and download files which can be executed .SMS command can control the system too. Those advantages get out of trouble in traditional manual work .The system can supply lots of valuable external data for our client, and those data is key foundation for mobile communication network optimization.
