柴北缘大庆区块固井技术研究

【摘要】 柴达木盆地大庆区块存在高压气层和盐水层,在该区块固井过程中会遇到普通水泥浆难以满足的固井难题,其复杂地质条件给固井工程带来了很大困难。经过对柴北缘地质特点的深入认识,开发研制了抗盐、防窜的高密度水泥浆体系,该体系具有良好的防油、气、水窜的性能,能够满足多压力层系的固井要求,水泥石强度受温度变化影响小,并且此水泥浆体系水泥浆具有较长的稠化时间和体系稳定性,具有较高的抗压强度和较好的流变性能,顶替效率高,具有优良的抗盐效果。与其配套的冲洗隔离液具有良好的冲洗性能,与泥浆及水泥浆均具有较好的相容性,不会产生絮凝、沉淀、增稠等现象,而且具有优良的抗盐效果,具有冲洗和隔离双重功效。研制出的高密度抗盐水泥浆体系及其与之配套的冲洗隔离液成功解决了柴北源大庆区块固井中遇到的难题,取得了很好的效果。

【Abstract】 High pressure gas bearing reservoir and saline aquifer existed in DaQing block of qaidamensis, in this block, the common cement slurry couldn’t satisfy the well cementation’s demand, its complicated geological structure bringed huge difficulty for well cementation.Through the in depth study for the geologic characteristic in qaidamensis, the high density cement slurry system which had salt-resisting and channel-resisting ability was developed. This system had good channel-resisting ability and could meet multi-pressure layer system’s cementation demand. The cement intensity was affected very little by the temperature’s changing, and this system had long thickening time, good stability, high compressing strength, good rheological property and good salt-resisting ability, its displacing efficiency was very high. The flushing performance of the segregation liquid was very well. The segregation liquid’s compatibility removed the emergence of coagulation, deposition and thickening, its salt-resisting ability is very well ,the segregation liquid had two effects: flushing and isolating. The difficulty encountered in cementation in the DaQing block of qaidamensis was resolved successfully by using the high density and salt-resisting cement slurry system and the segregation liquid, the effectiveness was very well.
