当代中国职业教育应有的基本理念

【摘要】 职业教育作为人类社会所特有的活动,是起源于人类社会营谋物质生活资料的需要和人类自身再生产的需要。18世纪末产生于欧洲,它是在进行大工业和机器产生的基础上形成的;而中国最早的职业教育,以十九世纪六十年代的实业教育算起,已经有130多年的历史。职业教育作为经济发展的助力器,引起了世界各国高度的重视,也是理论界探讨的热点问题。当前,中国职业教育发展滞后,对职业教育的研究,多停留于微观层面。例如,课程如何设置,教学如何组织,教师队伍如何建设等,而宏观指导方面不够深入,不够概括。因此,我认为应该运用哲学的思维,从宏观的角度,抽象的层次来阐释当代中国职业教育应有的基本理念,为我国职业教育如何能够找到一个快速、高效、便捷的发展之路提供一些建议。本文开门见山地从当代中国职业教育应有的基本理念入手,基于当代中国职业教育存在的问题,提出五个理念,按逻辑顺序排列为:实用、实践、敬业、创业、生利。本文在结合现实的基础上对以上五个理念进行了相关论述。首先,从物(专业、课程和教法)和人(善做人、会做事)两个纬度对如何树立实用理念进行论述。其中,本文对民族工艺作为一门课程应走进职业学校的课堂进行了阐述,希望对我国民族工艺的保存能有所启示。其次,从实践经验的积累、实践技能的形成、实践思维方式的提升和实践智慧的生成四个角度,对实践理念的塑造进行了探讨。第三,从职业知识、职业情感、职业信仰和职业理想四个方面对如何打造敬业理念进行了阐释。第四,从开发创业素质(创业意识、创业精神、创业知识结构、创业心理品质和创业能力)、开展创业实践以及开启创业智慧三个方面来论述如何培育创业的理念。第五,从消费与生利的内涵、消费向生利的转变和生利的实质(利己、利民、利国)三个角度来阐述如何实现生利理念。总之,通过撰写此篇论文,希望能够对当代中国职业教育如何树立全新的发展理念提供建设性的建议。从而转变人们的观念,使人们逐渐认识到职业教育的重要性,进而推动我国职业教育的快速发展。

【Abstract】 The vocational education originated the need of obtaining substance life material of people and the self-reproduction of human. It generated in the 18th century end in Europe, formed on the basis of the big industry and the emergence of machine. Therefore, the pioneer vocational education of China, appeared from the industry education in sixty ages in 19th century, had more 130 years history.Vocational education by way of the impelling implement, arouses the attention of the entire world, it also is the discussion focus of the theoretical field. Currently, the vocational education of China develops lag, the research of vocational education mostly sticks to the microcosmic lay, for example, how to set up the curriculum, how to arrange the teaching, how to construct the teacher procession and so on, but the great view instruction is not deep and generalized. So, I think that we ought to exert philosophical thinking, from the great view angle, nonobjective lay, explains the required basic ideal of the vocational education of the contemporary era of China, so gives some advices about how to find a celerity, efficient, handy development route.Text without preamble analyzes the required basic ideal of the vocational education of the contemporary era of China, on the basis of the existent issues of the vocational education of the contemporary era of China, paper brings forward five ideals, according to the consecution, the seriation is: practicality, practice, respect career, carve out, produce benefit.Text discusses the five ideals on the basis of reality.First, dissertating how to erect practical ideal. From two latitudes of thing(specialty, curriculum and teaching standard) and person(friendly behave, wisdom work). Thereinto, text discourses upon that nation arts and craft should step in the classroom of vocational school as one curriculum. At last, paper gives some advices about the preservation of Chinese nation arts and craft.Secondly, discussing the shaping of practice ideal from the four angles of accumulating practical experiences, grasping practical skills, improving practical thinking fashions and creating practical wisdom.Third, text explains how to build respect occupation ideal from the four aspects of the vocation knowledge, the vocation emotion, the vocation belief and the vocation dream.Fourthly, explains how to cultivate carve out ideal from the three aspects of exploiting carve out diathesis(carve out consciousness, carve out spirit, carve out knowledge structure, carve out psychology quality and carve out ability), developing carve out practice and unlocking carve out wisdom.Fifthly, expatiates how to actualize procreating advantage ideal from the three angles of the connotation of consumption and procreating advantage, consumptions transits to procreate advantage and the essential of procreating advantage(benefit oneself, benefit folk, benefit country).In a word, through composing this paper, hopes to give some constructive advices about how to build the new development ideal of the vocational education of the contemporary era of China. Accordingly transits the concept of the people, makes people gradually realize the importance of the vocational education, moreover impels the quick development of the vocational education of China.
