【摘要】 目前我国在校大中专学生人数已超过一千七百多万,位居世界第一。而其中职业教育拥有“半壁江山”。在职业教育中绝大多数是中等职业教育的学生。中等职业学校的学生的年龄一般在15～18岁之间,是人一生中心理、生理发育最重要的成长阶段。他们作为一个特殊的社会群体,有着自己特殊的消费观念和消费行为,一方面,他们有着旺盛的消费需求,有一定的社会能力,也能自主的对一些事情进行决策;另一方面,他们尚未获得经济上的独立,消费受到很大的制约。消费观念的超前和消费实力的滞后,使得他们消费呈现出不同一般的发展态势。正是由于中等职业学校学生的特殊性,导致了与其他年龄段人群不同的消费特征。他们已成为一个不可忽视的社会群体。面对如此庞大的一个不可忽视的特殊社会消费群体,广大理论研究者们和广大教育工作者们都把自己的注意力集中在被称之为“天之娇之”的大学生身上,很少有学者对中等职业学校的中专生们进行研究。只要查询“中国学术期刊全文数据库”就会发现,涉及到有关职业院校学生消费方面题材的论文少而又少。可见,在各级各类职业学校思想政治教育研究上还没有对“中专学生的消费状况和消费行为”这方面问题形成足够的重视。中专生们也真正成为了一个被“遗忘的角落”。通过一些省市公布的对部分中等职业学校学生消费状况的调查结果显示:当前中专生心理、生理发育均不成熟,其世界观、人生观、价值观处于渐趋形成阶段,极易受家长、教师、同学及社会其它成员的影响,他们在消费方面确实存在着消费无计划消费、相互攀比、奢侈浪费、恋爱支出过度等消费结构极不合理等问题。同时,也是最容易被伤害的社会群体,具有较强的可塑性。我国社会正处于社会转型过程中,社会主义市场经济体制的建立和发展,有力地推动着经济的高速发展,也使人们的生活方式及文化传统、思想道德、价值观念发生着深刻的变化;社会主义市场经济对传统价值观念的撞击,给人生价值取向提出了新的课题。而随着教育体制的改革,高校的扩招,普高热的产生,学生消费市场已经成为一个规模和潜力十分巨大的市场,而中等专业学校学生作为学生消费市场上的一个新群体,其道德观、价值观正不断地接受着冲击。如何规范并合理的发展学生这个消费市场?如何引导他们树立正确的、健康的消费观念,是摆在我们面前的一个难题,也是摆在我们教育工作者面前一个刻不容缓的问题。正是基于上述因素,作为在内蒙古自治区商业学校从教20多年的我,选择了“内蒙古中专学生消费状况分析研究”这一课题进行一点探索性研究。该论文主要分为四个部分:一是阐述研究的目的和意义,研究的现状、特点及研究方法;二是通过对内蒙古商业学校、呼和浩特市第二高级职业学生消费状况的调查,寻找内蒙古地区中专生在消费方面存在的问题,并对这类问题进行探讨分析;三是如何改善内蒙古自治区中等职业学校学生消费状况进行探索性分析研究,四是分析研究的结论。通过对内蒙古地区中专学生消费状况的调查分析,找出他们在消费方面存在的问题及产生问题的原因,以便找到解决问题的对策。关注中等职业学校学生消费状况,研究和把握他们的生活方式及其消费的心理特征和行为导向,有利于引导中等职业学校学生的科学消费,满足中等职业学校学生合理消费的愿望,推动教育产业化蓬勃发展,提高中专生消费道德素养,促进和谐社会建设,贡献一点微薄的力量。由于本人知识水平、研究能力有限,存在不足之处,或存在不妥或是错误之处,还望各位同仁门给予批评指正。更多还原
