【摘要】 旅游投资环境研究是对旅游业投资环境进行分析研究,是为投资旅游业决策提供科学依据的过程,是投资旅游业前的重要准备工作。本文运用定量分析与定性分析结合的方法,通过与全国各省市旅游投资环境的对比分析,对辽宁省的旅游投资环境情况进行了评价研究,在此基础上,对辽宁省各地区的旅游投资环境进行类型划分。并探寻改善其旅游投资环境的对策。文章分三大部分对辽宁省旅游投资环境进行评价:第一部分(第一、二章):本部分首先阐述了研究背景、目的和意义并构架了全文的写作框架。然后论述了旅游投资环境评价的理论,回顾了国内外相关的研究进展,并对研究方法作了一定的归纳总结。第二部分(第三章):本部分先就辽宁省旅游投资环境的一般要素:自然地理环境、区位条件、基础设施、经济环境、社会文化环境逐一进行定性分析。然后针对辽宁省旅游投资环境专项要素:旅游资源条件、旅游市场、旅游业发展进行定性分析。第三部分(第四、第五章):本部分分别构建了两套旅游投资环境评价体系,运用因子分析法和多指标综合评价法计算出辽宁省在全国旅游投资环境排名和辽宁省各地级市的旅游投资环境等级,并对各个城市进行简单点评。第四部分(第六章):本部分结合实际,提出优化辽宁旅游投资环境的对策与措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 The traveling investment environmental research is conducts the analysis research to the tourism investment environment, is provides the scientific basis for the investment tourism decision-making the process, is invests in front of the tourism the important preparatory work. This article utilizes the quantitative analysis and the qualitative analysis union method, through with the national various provinces and cities traveling investment environment contrast analysis,has conducted the appraisal research to Liaoning Province’s traveling investment environment situation, in this foundation, carries on the type to the Liaoning Province various areas traveling investment environment to divide. And inquired about improves its traveling investment environment the countermeasure.An article minute three major part travels the investment environment to Liaoning Province to carry on the appraisal:First part (chap1&chap2): This part first elaborated the research background, the goal and the significance and the skeleton full text writing frame. Then elaboated the traveling investment environment theory, reviewed the overseas correlation research progress, and has made the certain induction summary to the research tehnique.Second part (chap3): This part first travels on Liaoning Province the investment environment general essential factor: The environment, the position condition, the infrastructure, the economic environment, the social culture environment carries on the qualitative analysis one by one.
