基于3DS MAX7.0软件平台织物结构和表面效果的三维模拟

【摘要】 应用计算机软件对织物结构的模拟,是当前纺织领域研究的热点之一。目前市场上三维模拟软件主要有AutoCAD、Creator&Vega以及3DS MAX7.0。应用于织物结构和表面效果模拟的,目前主要是织物CAD等软件,也是国内应用于纺织行业的主要软件之一。如何实现对织物结构的模拟,以达到快速实现设计的目的,也是纺织设计人员的研究热点之一。使用计算机软件辅助织物设计并没有完全发挥出潜力。其主要原因是一方面软件在开发之初并没有针对某个特定的行业功能进行设计;另一方面,织物设计者对相关设计软件提供的功能缺乏深入、系统的了解,在观念上没有利用计算机辅助织物结构设计与分析的主动性。本文的研究重点就是应用3DS MAX7.0软件,对织物结构和表面效果实现三维模拟,着重研究简单组织及三维组织织物结构的模拟的实现。采用NURBS曲线,避免放样后出现尖锐拐角,用圆形模拟纱线截面。根据织物组织图,完成对控制点的三维坐标计算,达到对曲线的空间交织,利用放样建模,从而实现织物组织结构的模拟。三维组织织物结构模拟的实现需要对纱线层与层之间控制,单根曲线上的控制点不再在同一平面,控制点的坐标计算亦有所差别。对多层三维织物,利用group键实现编组功能,通过层间的复制与移动,达到要求的交织效果,从而实现多层织物的结构模拟。简单织物表面效果模拟的关键是纱线的截面形态,本文采用椭圆作为纱线的截面。通过本文的模拟实现过程,我们不难发现,3DS MAX7.0软件在纺织产品设计领域具有一定的实用意义。

【Abstract】 Applied the computer software to simulation of Fabric structure is one of the mostly about the study on currently textile area. The main of 3D simulation software on the market such as AutoCAD, Creator&Vega and 3DS MAX. The fabric CAD is focus on simulate the structure and appearance to fabric and it is also the main applied computer software in domestic textile industry. How realized to simulate the structure and appearance about fabric , achieved realization of design idea quickly, and it was also concerned by textile designers.Using the computer software to assist fabric design was not complete exert it’s potential. And the main causes such as, one side the software was not aim to special industry to design at it’s earlier plan, on the other hand fabric designers learn about correlative software’s functions were not enough and they hadn’t initiatives to using the software to assisting fabric structure design and analysis.The keystone of this paper is using the software of 3DS MAX7.0 to simulation the fabric structures and appearances, and emphases to realizing 3D simulation the fabric structure about simple weaves and 3D weaves. Adopted the NURBS Curve to modeling, and avoided the spiculat e corner to emergence, and used the circle take the place of the yarn’s section. Through the fabric pattern draft and calculated the reference points’3-axial parameters then have drawn the space interlacing curves. And have accomplished the simulation of fabric structures by Lofting of modeling. The simulation of 3D fabric structures need to adjusting the distance of between the layers, the reference points were not in the same plane with the separate curve and the method of accounting 3-axial parameters have changed. Using the function of group to edited the curves into a whole for multilayer fabrics, and with the copy and moving to completing the interlacing, and realized the simulation of multilayer fabric structure at last. In the simulation of simple fabric’s appearance, the shape of yarn’s section is so important and we selected the ellipse in paper.From the process of simulation in the paper, we obviously find that the software of 3DS MAX7.0 has an important signification in the area of fabric designs.
