学习型组织理论对管理哲学的推进

【摘要】 21世纪是新经济迅猛发展的时代,为了适应快速变化的环境,学习型组织理论应运而生。学习型组织理论作为一门新兴的管理理论,因其优越性使得人们广泛的投入管理实践中,但是往往因为没有掌握其本质而以失败告终。本文就从哲学角度,用哲学的观点来进行分析,找出学习型组织理论的本质,从主体和组织结构等方面将该理论与前管理理论进行比较,找出其真正的优越之处。它的优势就在于整体的系统的观点贯彻整个组织运行过程,充分发挥员工的主动性和创造性,构造一个扁平的网络组织结构以便于信息在组织内的快速流通,更增强组织的适应能力。总而言之,学习型组织具有精简、柔性、人性化的特点,具有持续学习和创造的能力,具有高于个人绩效总和的综合绩效。

【Abstract】 Economy grows fast in the 21st century. In order to adapt to the fast moving environment, there is learning organization theory. As a burgeoning management theory, learning organization theory is devoted to management practice widely because of its superiority, but we failed because we didn’t master the essence of this theory.This text analyzes this theory from the point of philosophy, finds the essence and the superiority of the learning organization theory, by comparing this one with the former management theory. In this theory, system viewpoint is carried out during the whole operation of the organization, and the creativity and go-aheadism of employees is exerted adequately. The flat structure is easy for the information transmitting in the organization, which can strengthen the adaptability of the organization. In a word, the learning organization has the characteristic of simplify flexibility and humanity; it has the ability to learn and create successively, and can gain the synthetical performance which is higher than the synthesis of personal performance.
