杀菌剂在环境保护与修复方面的应用研究

【摘要】 随着生活水平的提高,人们对康体锻炼和休闲娱乐越来越重视。越来越多的人们热衷于游泳等健身运动,家庭饲养猫、狗等宠物数量也日益增多,但游泳池水质污染问题和宠物的粪尿给人们健康带来威胁,也成为环境保护的重要课题之一。本文重点研究了含氯消毒剂清水清冲击处理剂在游泳池水中尿素处理和抗菌硅胶猫砂的制备以及应用,并得到以下结论:1)通过正交试验得知,水中尿素的初始浓度为主要的影响因素,随着清水清冲击处理剂的用量的增加和作用时间的延长,特别加入清水清冲击处理剂4hr后,尿素的浓度明显降低,处理效果越来越好。2)游泳池中使用二氯异氰尿酸钠和三氯异氰尿酸消毒剂时,它们会释放出一定量的氰尿酸,当氰尿酸浓度大于50ppm时,会造成氯对尿素的降解作用明显减缓,此时宜改用其它类型的消毒剂。3)上海万豪游泳馆实地试验结果表明:使用清水清冲击处理剂处理的游泳池水质各项指标都符合国家标准,取得了满意的效果。4)预吸附处理试验结果得出,聚N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(PVP)的吸附效果较差,酸处理的硅藻土对尿素吸附作用较好,而阳离子交换树脂对尿素的吸附效果优异。阳离子交换树脂重复使用4次后,其吸附效果仍能达到第一次吸附量的90%以上。5)由双胍类杀菌剂聚(六甲撑基双胍)盐酸盐和多孔硅砂试制出的抗菌猫砂不仅能杀灭普通细菌,而且对大肠杆菌等致病菌的杀灭率达到了99.8%以上,还特别具有长效杀菌功能,是一种理想的宠物清洁剂,能改善饲养者的家庭环境。本论文重要创新之处:1)在水中尿素浓度很高时,阳离子交换树脂的吸附作用与含氯消毒剂氧化作用并用能快速、有效地降低了尿素含量,达到国家标准要求。2)基于双胍类杀菌剂,在国内率先开发了新型长效和广谱杀菌的猫砂。

【Abstract】 With the improving of the people’s life, people pay more attention on exercise andentertainment. More and more people like and enjoy swimming, and people’s raising petssuch as cats and dogs are also increasing, but the poor water quality and pet’s egesta mayimperil people’s health. So the water quality of swimming pool and how to treat the pet’segesta become an important problem of environment protection. In this thesis, I havestudied on the removal of urea by using chlorine-based disinfectants and the application ofa new antimicrobial as a treatment of cat litter based on silica gel, some conclusions areobtained as following:1) The initial concentration of urea was a principal influential factor of ureadecomposition by using orthogonal experimental design, the better result would be gottenalong with adding the HTH chlorine-based disinfectant and action time, especially, theurea concentration would decrease obviously after 4 hours by adding HTH chlorine-baseddisinfectant.2) Sodium Dichloroisocyanurate (SDCCA) and Trichloroisocyanuric Acid (TCCA),usually release cyanuric acid when they are used for water treatment disinfectants inswimming pool, and this will reduce the decompsition rate of urea when the concentrationof cyanuric acid was over 50ppm. Accordingly we must consider other optionaldisinfectants to replace it in order to avoid cyanuric acid accumulating up to this limit.3) The on-site application of HTH chlorine-based disinfectant for Shanghai Mariotthotel showed that, not only urea but also other inspection items all met the requirementsof the China’s national standard for the swimming pool.4) The adsorption tests implied that, polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP) can not adsorbany urea, while diatomite treated with hydrochloric acid had good adsorption and thecation exchange resin indicated excellent adsorption. The adsorption efficiency of cation exchange resin would still keep above 90% as compared with the first time adsorption afterrepeating 4 times.5) A new generation of cat litter cleaner made of cellular silica gel, treated withantimicrobial (PHMB), had a good performance of effective antibacterial on bacteria,the efficacy of antimicrobial on pathogenic organisms reached 99.8% and also had longterm efficacy of antimicrobial. The reports of the evaluation for cat litter cleaner made byinternational authority told us this kind of new cat litter cleaner would be a perfect pet littertreatment and it could remedy the ralser’s habitation environment.Innovation in this thesis:1) The combination of the adsorption of cation exchange resin and the oxidation ofchlorine-based disinfectant can fast and effectively remove urea especially at highconcentration of urea in swimming pool, and make it meet the swimming pool standard.2) A new generation of cat litter cleaner based on silica gel and the antimicrobialPHMB has been developed with broad spectrum, fast-acting and long term antimicrobialeffect.
