论中学思想政治学科教育中的群育

【摘要】 社会中的任何一个个体都是在与周围的人相互作用中存在和发展的,在这种相互作用中所形成的和谐的人际关系不仅是个人成长及事业成功的重要因素,也是整个社会和谐的基础。然而,当今社会的独生子女往往有着以自我为中心等性格弱点,在人际交往方面存在较多不足之处。所以,为了创建和谐的人际关系,改善独生子女的交往现状,本论文在研究群育的基础上提出在中学思想政治学科教育中重视和加强群育。本论文首先通过综述群育文献资料,从群育的涵义、内容等几方面阐述了有关群育的理论研究。其次,通过对本市20所中学的1200个学生进行抽样调查,了解了目前中学生处群、合群及学校群育现状,并在调查研究和理论分析的基础上,论述了在中学思想政治学科教育中实施群育的必要性。再次,通过研究群育和中学思想政治学科教育的关系,论证了在中学思想政治学科教育中实施群育的可行性。最后,提出在中学思想政治学科教育中实施群育的基础构想,对具体实施的原则、方法以及对中学思想政治学科教材和教师的要求进行尝试性研究。本论文旨在通过对中学思想政治学科教育中的群育的理论分析和实证研究,提倡在中学思想政治学科教育中重视和加强群育,以促进中学生的全面发展。

【Abstract】 Every one in the society exists and develops in the way of interacting with persons. The harmonious interpersonal relationship formed under such mutual effects is regarded as not only a key factor in the personal and career development but also the basis of leading the whole society to be harmonious. However, the only children in most families nowadays are faced with difficulties in social intercourse because of defects of characters such as self-centeredness. In order to improve the current situations of these children with the hope to create harmonious interpersonal relationship ,the greater attention to mass education proceeded in moral education course in middle school is brought forward in this paper on the basis of studying the theories of mass education.Firstly, the paper elaborates those related theories in the way of definition, contents and so forth after studying documents on mass education. Secondly, with the results produced by the sample survey of 1,200 students in twenty middle schools in Shanghai conducted in person, which helps to understand the latest situations about their interpersonal relationship as well as those of mass education carried on by their schools, the paper emphasizes the necessity of mass education in moral education course in middle school. Thirdly, the paper demonstrates the feasibility of mass education by studying the relationship between mass education and moral education course in middle school. Finally, the paper further puts forwards principals, methods and requirements for moral education teaching materials and teachers needed in practice.The purpose of the paper is to emphasize mass education in moral education course in middle school by theories analysis and empirical study so as to make full use of mass education to improve middle school students’all-round development.
