基于DCS的热媒炉控制系统的设计

【摘要】 我国是一个能源资源较丰富的国家，但是因我国人口众多，平均每个人占有的能源量就很少。从现代科学发展趋势来看，合理开发能源，提高能源的利用效率，开发、创新节能型的供热设备及用热设备，是一项具有重要战略意义的工作。论文讨论了一种基于DCS控制系统的新型的热媒炉控制系统设计方法。该热媒炉跟传统的加热炉比较热效率高、安全可靠，同时具有网络通讯功能，很方便的和现场总线网络和上位机管理系统实现互连。论文的主要内容包括：系统的设计，热媒炉的机械系统的组成及控制系统的组成及相关原理，PLC的选型及设计。论文首先研究了PLC的选型及控制程序设计方法，包括：控制系统的要求、组成、具体的控制参数、控制算法等。其次对PLC设计部分，包括热媒炉的开停过程控制、故障诊断以及安全控制、以及出炉油温以及烟气含氧量PID控制三部分进行了设计。最后，在对监控系统的设计原则及一般的设计方法及工具介绍的基础上，对监控软件的进行了设计，并采用集成的组态系统软件实现了对系统的实时监控以及相关产品和设备状态参数的提取和管理，此外，还对各功能模块进行了介绍。该系统是为某公司设计的实际设备，现场调试及应用情况良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Though there are a lot of energy resources in our country, theaverage quantity of energy resources is a little because of the manypopulations. From modern science trend of development, it is a grandstrategy task to develop the energy resources rationally, increase theutilization efficiency of the energy resources, and exploit heatingappliances.This thesis discusses a new design way of the medium furnace basedon DCS. Compared with traditional furnace, this medium furnace is moresufficient and safer, and has net communication function, and can beeasy communicated with other device and factory management system.This thesis is divided into three parts, including the mediumfurnace’ s mechanical structure, PLC’ S type and PID mathematicsselection, and systems design. Firstly, the selection of PLC and thedesign method of control program are studied including the requirementof control system and control algorithm. Secondly, The PLC is designedincluding the start-stop process control of the medium furnace, thefault diagnosis as well as security control, and discharge oiltemperature, and fume oxygen content PID control. Finally, based on theintroduction of design philosophy of monitored control system andgeneral design method the monitoring software is designed, and thereal-time monitoring is realized with the competitive system software,and the parameters of equipment status is abstracted, and all thefunctional modules are introduced clearly.The medium furnace is built for some company and the testing andrunning is well.更多还原
