船舶偏航报警及航向记录仪的设计及实现

【摘要】 偏航报警和航向记录仪用于海事船舶偏航报警和航向打印。其对罗经输出的NMEA0183数据(HDT数据格式)实时解析,并与设定航向值进行比较,当超出设定的误差范围,则进行声、光报警,同时按要求完成航向打印和时间、位置的记录。根据功能要求,本文对偏航报警和航向记录仪的软、硬件进行设计。本文的主要内容包括:(1)系统总体方案设计,包括以单片机为核心,外围组成单元包括数据输入、键盘、LCD、打印机、报警输出等接口电路设计等;(2)信息接收与处理软件设计,包括GPS数据、罗经航向信息的接收与处理、报警处理,以及双机通信等,并重点对航向误差的处理和显示进行了讨论;(3)完成了基于图形点阵LCD的菜单设置和显示控制程序设计;(4)开发了基于WH-A5微型的航向打印控制程序;(5)基于LATTICE的iM4A5-128/64,采用ABEL语言完成了相关时序和逻辑控制程序的设计。

【Abstract】 The off course alarms and course recorders have the function of alarmingwhen the ship drifts off the course and printing the course. It can real_timeanalyze the NMEAO183 data(HDT data format) from compass, then compare it withthe course set. When the error exceeds the range permitted, it can alarm withlight and sound, then print the course current and record the information oftime and position.According to the request, this thesis designs the hardware and softwaresystems of the off course alarms and course recorders. The main content ofthis thesis includes:(1)the overall scheme design, MCU is the core process ofthe system, peripheral devices include the input of data, the keyboard, LCD,the printer, the output part and so on;(2)the software of receiving andprocessing information, including receiving and processing the data from theGPS and compass, alarm process and communication between two MCUs. The keyis analyzing the processing and displaying of course error;(3)designing themenu display control programme of LCD;(4)designing the programme of courseprinting based on WH-A5;(5)completed the timing and logic control programmein ABEL, based on the iM4A5-128/64 of LATTICE.
