基于空间电压矢量法的三电平静止无功发生器设计

【摘要】 对空间电压矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)技术和三电平静止无功发生器(SVG)进行了分析和研究,设计了基于SVPWM控制法的三电平静止无功发生器(SVG)。理论方面,在分析传统SVPWM的基础上,提出了用三相需补偿的电压代替合成空间电压矢量的改进二电平SVPWM控制方法,分析了三电平SVPWM调制策略及中点电压控制方法,并根据SVG的特点,将其应用到三电平静止无功发生器SVG上。给出了基于三电平SVPWM控制法的静止无功发生器的详细设计流程,对其中的各个环节都进行了详细介绍;用电力电子仿真软件SIMPLORER 7.0进行了软件仿真,仿真结果证明了使用本文控制方法的SVG较好的实现了无功补偿的目的;完成了SVG装置的整个硬件部分,给出了各个部分的详细电路图;设计了SVG装置的整个软件部分,基于TI公司的DSP芯片TMS320F2812编程,给出了详细的软件设计流程,并提出了应该注意的事项;对各个模块都进行了实验,并将制作的样机投入电网进行了阻感负载的补偿试验,且补偿效果较好。

【Abstract】 A three-level structure Static Var Generator (SVG) based on Space-vectorPulse Width Modulation is designed in this paper, The theory of SVG andSVPWM is studied and analyzed deeply.In theory part, through analyzing the controlling principle ofconventional Space-vector PWM and its disadvantages, this dissertationpresents an improved two-level SVPWM method. Combined with three-levelSVG, in this paper, the usage of three-level SVPWM control strategy onSVG is proposed.Three-level SVG based on Space-vector Pulse Width Modulation is givento the overall design process, on the various aspects of detail;The software simulation has been done with SIMPLORER 7.0, and thesimulation results shows that the use of this control method of SVG betterrealize the reactive power compensation purposes;Completed the hardware part of SVG on the whole, given the variousparts of the detailed circuit diagrams; Designed the software part of thewhole, based on TI’s TMS320F2812 DSP programming, given a detailedsoftware design flow, and should pay attention to the issues; The variousmodules have conducted experiments and the system tests.
