基于PAC的网络监控系统的研发

【摘要】 分析了PAC(可编程自动控制器)控制的特点与优势,研究了基于PAC的网络监控系统的结构及组网方案。以PAC强大的控制功能和组网能力为基础,以先进的数据采集技术、自动控制技术、网络通讯技术、Web Service下的网络数据库开发技术、虚拟仪器概念下的Labview图形化软件开发技术为手段实践了基于PAC的网络监控系统的开发。本文在此核心的指导下完成了“基于PAC的电厂输煤程控系统科研技改项目”和“基于PAC的网络化热工检测与过程控制系统实验平台”两个项目的研发。文章紧密结合工程实践,依托项目背景,从网络监控系统的总体设计规划到具体细节实施,从组网集成结构有机的硬件系统到开发功能完备的监控管理软件都作了较为详细的介绍。

【Abstract】 The author analyses the characteristics and superiority of thecontrol based on PAC (Programmable Automation Controller), investigatesthe structure and network-building scheme of the network control systembased on PAC. Relied on the basis of the strong control andnetwork-building function from the PAC, with the advanced means of dataacquisition technique, the autocontrol technique, the networkcommunication technique, the network database exploitation techniqueunder the Web Service, the software exploitation technique by thegraphical software called Labview with the concept of virtual instrument,this paper exploits the network control system based on PAC. Accordingto the above content, now we have completed two projects, one called"TheTechnique Improvement Project of Coal Transportation Control System forthe Power Plant based on PAC" while the other one called "The NetworkExperiment Platform of Pyrology Measurement and Process Control Systembased on PAC".This paper refers to the actual project closely with thebackground of projects,in which the author describes in detail such asthe total design and layout of the network control system, structuringthe organic structure for the hardware system through building the networkand exploiting the managerial software with self-contained function.
