流涎成形中流涎辊的温度控制技术研究

【摘要】 在流涎薄膜的生产过程中,熔融聚合物从模头挤出后在流涎辊上冷却的效果对流涎薄膜的质量起着举足轻重的作用。本文以流涎辊为主要研究对象,着重研究了影响流涎薄膜冷却质量的主要因素,讨论了流涎辊的流道结构、冷却水的流量对流涎膜冷却的影响,得出流道结构、冷却水的流量影响流涎膜冷却的规律;设计了冷却水温度的控制方案,能够实现冷却水温度的准确、快速的控制。具体的研究内容如下:首先,分析了流涎薄膜冷却时的形变特点,建立流涎膜在流涎辊上冷却的理论模型。在Fluent软件中仿真济涎膜的冷却过程,讨论分析了流涎膜冷却时的温度变化情况以及影响流涎膜冷却的关键因素。其次,建立流涎辊换热仿真过程中的理论模型,并在已知流涎膜温度变化特点的情况下,在Fluent软件中仿真了流涎辊的工作状况,讨论分析了流涎辊的结构尺寸、冷却水的流量对流涎膜冷却质量的影响,并得出了上述两因素对流涎膜冷却质量的影响规律。再次,设计了基于模糊控制技术的单片机冷却水温度控制系统的软件和硬件部分,建立了此腔制系统的模糊控制规则表。最后对论文的研究内容进行了总结和展望。

【Abstract】 During casting film being produced, cooling melting-polymer is very important to casting filmafter it outflowing the mould on the casting miler. So this paper takes the casting roller as the researchobject, studies the factors which influene the quality of casting flirn and how the castingroller’ configuration and cooling water influence cooling-quality of casting film and find the formulae.A control system is designed which can automatically control cooling water’s temperature rapidly andprecisely. The main contents of this paper are as following:Firstly, the cooling process characteristic of the casting film is analyzed and the theoretic coolingmoder of the casting film is established when it is cooling on the casting miler. Then a CFD softwareFluent is adopted to simulate the process of cooling casting film. The change of the temperature ofcasting film and the factors which influence the quality of casting film are studied.Secondly, simple theoretic moder of the casting roller is established and Fluent is also adopted tosimulate the process of casting roller’s work. Then casting roller’s configuration and the flux ofcooling water are studied how they influence the quality ofcasting film.Thirdly, based on the fuzzy control theory, this paper put forward a singlechip cooling water’stemperature control system and software and hardware of the conlrol system are developed. Then, thefuzzy control rules table is established.Finally, all the researches of the paper are stmamafiz.ed and what should do next is listed.
