水解酸化—膜生物反应处理青霉素废水试验研究

【摘要】 青霉素废水成份复杂、含有大量微生物难以降解,甚至对微生物有抑制作用的物质,可生化性较差。针对目前采用常规的生物工艺处理该类废水投资大,处理效果差,难以稳定达标的现状,本论文在全面分析青霉素废水水质的基础上,提出了“水解酸化-膜生物反应”处理工艺,进行了小试研究。通过对青霉素废水进行水解酸化反应试验,发现在不同稀释倍数时,水解酸化反应水力停留时间为6h~10h时,总有机酸酸化率达到10%左右,CODcr去除率20%左右,废水的可生化性大大提高(BOD5/CODcr从0.31提高到了0.40左右)。通过对青霉素废水进行膜生物反应(MBR)工艺处理的研究,发现MBR的CODcr运行负荷达到6 kg/m3·d~8kg/m3·d,去除率90%左右;系统CODcr和总氮去除率可稳定在90%和60%以上。研究确定了膜生物反应器的优化工艺参数,其中微生物固体平均停留时间(SRT)为20d、水力停留时间(HRT)为10h~12h、污泥浓度(MLSS)为8g/L~12g/L左右。研究结论为水解酸化-膜生物反应工艺的实际应用提供了相关参数和方法指导。

【Abstract】 The composition of the penicillin wastewater is complicated, includes a great deal of matters that are hard to degrade by microbe or even repress the activities of the microbe. Since the conventional treatment processes need large investment, have low-efficiency and are difficult to steadily reach the discharge standards. In the paper, the process of "hydrolytic acidification - MBR" was put forward on the basis of the overall analysis of the penicillin wastewater quality, and a set of laboratory experiment equipments was built up.Through the hydrolytic acidification experiments on the penicillin wastewater, it could be found that the total organic acid rate is up to 10%, the CODcr removal rate is about 25%, and the biodegradability of this wastewater improve greatly (BOD5/CODcr increase from 0.31 to 0.40 or so), with different dilute proportion ,when the HRT is about 6 h~10 h.On the research of the treatment processes of the penicillin wastewater with MBR, the operation load of MBR reach 6 kg/m2.d~8 kg/m3.d, the removal rate of CODcr reach about 90%,the CODcr and total nitrogen removal rate of the whole system reach about 90% and 60%. The research has determined the optimized craft parameters of the MBR, among which the SRT is 20d, the HRT is 10 h~12 h, the MLSS is about 8g/L~12g~L.The conclusion of the research could supply related operational parameter and method for practicality application of the "hydrolytic acidification -MBR".
