高精度激光测距仪硬件电路研究

【摘要】 本论文围绕高精度激光测距仪开发,参照课题技术指标的基础上,旨在尝试解决激光测距仪精度较低的问题,对相位式激光测距仪的硬件电路设计进行了深入地研究和探讨。论文首先介绍了激光测距仪的发展及现状,对激光测距的应用进行了简单的介绍;对激光测距技术的原理进行了详细的描述,着重介绍了相位式激光测距的工作机理,并且阐述了脉冲式激光测距的原理,根据项目要求选择了合理的测距方式。其次,论文研究了激光二极管的工作原理,并在此基础上设计了能够进行自动功率控制的激光二极管驱动电路,设计了延时和软启动电路,实现了激光信号的稳定发射,在应用锁相环基础上对频率合成技术进行了研究。同时,论文对接收信号的光电检测及放大电路进行了探讨和研究,设计了具有内外光路的光电检测电路,对接收信号的接收、放大、滤波及整形进行了研究,分析了光电检测系统噪声的产生,并描述了减小噪声采取的措施。此外,对设计系统电路板过程中所应该注意的各种事项进行了简单的陈述,对抗干扰电路的设计进行了简单的介绍。最后,对本系统的实验结果以及工作进展进行了简单的总结。

【Abstract】 Probed into the exploitation of the high precision laser ranging, andbased on the technical specifications, the paper attempted to solve the problemthat the precision is low in the measurements of laser ranging, gave a deeplyresearch in the hardware design of the laser phase-shift ranging.At the beginning, the paper introduced the developments and applicationsof the laser ranging: gave a detailed depiction in principles of the laserranging, particularly introduced the laser phase-shift ranging, and chose asuitable ranging mode.Next, the paper investigated the theories of the laser diode, and designeda drive circuit which could be auto power controller(APC); designed atime-lapse and slow-start circuit, realized stable transmit of the lasersignals: gave a simple research to the frequency synthesizers based onphase-locked loop circuits.Then, the paper proposed an amplifier circuit, investigated the photodiodemonitoring: designed a circuit which had two optoelectronic channels, analyzedthe noises in optoelectronic detectors, and discussed the methods of reducingthe noises.Then after, the paper analyzed various interferences of the circuit boardwe designed, proposed effective solutions.At last, it is explained the test results and the progress of the work,gave some experience sum-up to the exploitation of the laser phase-shiftranging.
