沧州市深层地下水资源评价及利用对策

【摘要】 水是人类社会最重要的自然资源。水资源紧缺问题已成为经济社会可持续发展的主要影响因素。地下水资源是我国北方地区水资源的主要组成部分,对地下水资源全面科学的调查和评价,是解决水资源问题的基础性工作。沧州市水资源问题突出。为实现沧州市地下水资源的可持续利用,本文对沧州市地下水资源进行了评价。系统分析了沧州市地质与水文地质条件、地下水动态等各项基础资料,并全面总结沧州市地下水资源的地区分布特征。分析并确定了沧州市地下水资源评价方法,进行了评价类型区的划分。利用含水层脆弱性模糊分析评价方法,对沧州市区地下水系统脆弱性进行了评价。针对沧州市地下水开发利用的实际情况,提出以下几项对策:1)加强立法和政府宏观调控,通过地下水开采布局及方式的优化,科学开发地下水;2)从全社会出发,建设节水型社会,以保护地下水资源;3)从整个水资源系统出发,通过水系联网,优化水资源配置,达到合理利用地下水资源的目的。

【Abstract】 Water is the most important natural resources. The lack of water is becoming an urgent problem in our country because it has greatly influenced the development of economy in 21th century. Underground water resources are an important part of the whole water resources in the north of China, general and scientific investigation and evaluation of underground water is the basic work to resolving the problem.The problem of water lack is serious in CangZhou. This article is concerned with the evaluation. Some basic data were analyzed systematically such as the geologic, hydrological and the groundwater dynamic in Cangzhou, and the branch characteristic of groundwater resources was summed-up in Cangzhou comprehensively, and the estimation method was confirmed. The frangibility of the cantonal groundwater in Cangzhou was estimated utilizing the frangibility of the water layer. According to the instance of the exploitation of the groundwater resources in Cangzhou, several countermeasure measure were raised.First the groundwater should be exploited rationally. Second the water resource should be economized. Last water resource distribution should be optimized, and the groundwater should be rational utilized.
