子弹程控发射及实时测速系统研究

【摘要】 本文根据火炸药易损性响应子弹撞击试验的要求,对子弹程控发射技术和实时测速技术进行了研究,实现了子弹的稳定发射以及发射时序的控制要求,为子弹撞击试验提供了试验手段和测试平台。针对现有制式发射器发射药燃烧不完全以及火药气体后效期作用较大的特点,提出增长发射器身管长度的方法实现了弹丸初速度的提升;采用PLC作为现场控制核心,进行硬件电路设计及上、下位机程序的设计,实现了对击发机构的控制。针对电磁铁的动态响应和发射器击发机构的机械传动存在的不一致性,造成发射器之间的击发延迟与控制器中设置的延迟时间发生偏差,提出通过实验的方法,修正控制器程序中的延迟时间,通过大量的试验验证了该方法的可行性。研制了大面积、高射频的测速系统,提出了弹丸测速系统校准方法,并进行了系统的不确定分析,阐明了该方法的可操作性,通过大量实弹试验验证了该方法的可行性。系统现已进入交付使用阶段,系统运行稳定、可靠,性能良好。

【Abstract】 Based on the requirement of powder’s vulnerability under shooting condition, the shooting technology controlled by program and real-time measuring bullet velocity are studied in this paper, which aims at realizing shooting according the order stably in order to provide a experimental method and a flat of measuring.Considering the powder’s incomplete burning and large aftereffect, velocity of bullet was rised by increasing the length of gun; taking PLC as control center, hardware circuit and all program were developed. For avoiding the inconsistency caused by dynamic response of electromagnet and a series of trigger mechanism’s mechanically-driven, parameter amendment during experiment was mentioned. The communication between PLC and the computer were accomplished. Through experiment, the high precise controlling of shooting delay time was realized. The laser screen target were designed, which can approach high measuring accuracy. The method of speed measuring system’s calibration was mentioned, which uncertainty was analysed. This method was approved to be feasible by experiments.After the course of design, system establishment and field experiment, this system accomplished the requirement of speed and shooting delaying time has been controlled precisely. The system has come into the using stage, and runs in the state of stabilization, credibility arid good function.
