FMCW探测系统射频电路设计与分析

【摘要】 调频连续波雷达具有低截获特性,在距离分辨力方面比普通的脉冲雷达具有较大优势,一直是雷达探测系统、汽车测距等研究领域的一个重要课题。对锯齿波调频连续波信号进行理论分析和锯齿波调频连续波探测系统的工程实现是本文研究的主要内容。本文首先介绍了锯齿波调频连续波信号的基本特点和测距的工作原理,并对锯齿波调频连续波信号的模糊函数及其差频信号进行了分析,在此基础上分析了锯齿波调频连续波探测系统的参数选择及由此产生的测距误差。根据以上理论分析,本文采用锯齿波调频连续波信号,完成了“FMCW探测系统射频电路设计与分析”课题的研制。结合微带线有关理论,利用射频设计软件ADS对系统电路各部分进行了仿真设计,结果表明,借助ADS工具能降低设计成本、实现设计指标,可以有效地应用于射频电路设计之中。。最后,对各部分电路进行调试,并与仿真的结果进行对比分析,提出偏差产生的原因及改进措施。

【Abstract】 FMCW radar, with its a very low probability of intercept(LPI)characteristic and greater advantage over mono-pulse radar in the rangeresolution, has always been an important topic in the research fields ofradar detection system and automobile range finder. The theoretic analysisand industrial implementation of sawtooth FMCW detection system form the majorcontent of thesis.In the first part of thesis, an overview on the basic characteristic ofFMCW single and principle of work in FMCW range acquisition is presented. Theambiguity function of sawtooth FMCW single is discussed. And difference offundamental frequencies between local oscillation signal and echoed signalis analyzed. Then the preferences and the range error of sawtooth FMCWdetection system are analyzed.Based on the above-mentioned analysis, thesis accomplishes thedevelopment of application technology in the RF circuit design and analysisof sawtooth FMCW detection system. Combining micro-strip theoretics, usingRE design software ADS, each part circuit of FMCW detection system is simulated.The fact remains that this software not only reduce the research anddevelopment (R&D) cost, but also easily realize the design goal. So it is akind of effectual tool in designing RF circuits.At the end of thesis, by debugging the circuit, systematic deviationbetween experiment results and simulated data is probed into. Some improvementmethods are proposed.
