CTS-23型超声波探伤仪的改进

【摘要】 本论文主要介绍了CTS-23型超声波探伤仪发送接收电路各部分工作原理,并使用工控机直接取代原有的计算机,通过8255并行接口直接进行数据交换,以利于海量数据的快速传送和处理,进而提高分析和处理数据能力,使超声波探伤仪的智能化又上了一个新台阶。由于工控机在可操作性方面优于计算机,这样改进后,将有助于我们工作的需要。

【Abstract】 The paper introduces the principle of all the parts of the CTS-23 digital ultrasonic detectors. In order to improve the speed of the transporting a great deal data, we use the industrial computer to take the place of old computer and through parallel interface 8255 the datas are exchanged directly. This will helpful for improving the ability of treating with the datas. Also it will make the ultrasonic detectors more intelligent. After improving, these will more suitable to our need because the industrial computer is operated more easily.
