龙门式雕刻机Z向机构参数化设计研究

【摘要】 雕刻机被越来越多的新兴行业所采用,这些行业在使用过程中又会根据自身需要对雕刻机提出新的要求。雕刻机生产厂家为了更大程度上满足市场需要,力求实现雕刻机产品的系列化。参数化设计能够较好地满足这一要求。本课题针对常见的龙门式雕刻机的结构,使用VC++6.0、UG/OPEN API、UG/OPENUIStyler、UG/OPEN MenuScript等多种开发工具,对UGNX4.0进行二次开发,在UG环境中建立了雕刻机Z向机构参数化设计系统,有助于实现雕刻机Z向机构系列化、参数化设计。在分析研究了已有的UG建库方法之后,提出了采用的特征与编程相结合以及关系表达式与编程相结合的方式建库,克服了程序设计方法建库工作量大、开发成本高等缺点。同时这种建库方法与装配模板相结合使用,能够实现雕刻机Z向机构的自动装配,符合现代并行设计的思想。雕刻机Z向机构参数化系统的使用,可以实现雕刻机Z向机构的系列化设计,降低开发新产品的难度,减少重复劳动,缩短开发周期,节省管理费用,提高企业的市场竞争力。

【Abstract】 Engraving machine is more and more made use of by many industry.while,these industry sue some new request based oneself.Manufacturers of engraving machine make every effort to relize serial manufacture for furthest satisfaction of wants.But,a great variety engraving machine carry much difficulty to relizing serial manufacture and make the engraving machine more widespread.This paper mutual use VC++6.0,UG/OPEN API、UG/OPEN UIStyler、UG/OPEN MenuScript for solving aforementioned questions,also carry through secondary exploitation on UG/NX4.0.In the UG environment,and build the parametric design system to aim at the familiar planer type engraving machine.which can implement engraving machine parametric design and serial design.This paper adopt the mode of establishing unit store which combines character and programme as well as combines relational expression and programme overcome the disadvantage of large workload and high development cost copmpared with the mode of programme after analyze and study the method of UG unit store ,It combine with assembly module realize virtual assemblage of Z-engraving machine,which agreed with the idea of current concurrent desig.The use of parametric system of Z-engraving machine that can realize serial design of Z-engraving machine,witch lower troubles,decrease duplication of labor,cut down deveopment period,save overhead expenses and promote popularity of engraving machine.
