飞机起落架地面滑行试验系统设计

【摘要】 飞机起落架动力特性研究是飞机设计中的一个重要环节,由于起落架对道路不平度激励的响应及受道面影响具有一定的复杂性,目前在试验和理论方面对飞机起落架动力特性研究还很不完善。因此,设计一套飞机起落架地面滑行试验系统来研究起落架动力特性具有重要的理论意义和工程实用价值。本文从能真实反映起落架的滑行过程全貌出发,提出了飞机起落架地面滑行试验系统的设计方案,并论证了本系统采用半物理仿真方法的优势。设计了试验系统台架结构,并根据有限元法及MSC.Patran/Nastran软件对台架进行了力学特性分析。静力分析中,找出应力最大值区域,并进行了相应的改进。模态分析中,计算和分析了试验台架的固有频率和振型。并对其进行静力和模态优化,分析出了其最优的结构参数。对试验系统的液压部分进行了设计。通过分析飞机起落架滑跑过程中的动力学特性,得出了飞机起落架滑跑的负载特性曲线,据此确定液压系统方案、拟定液压系统图、选定液压元件。最后在MSC.EASY5仿真软件平台上,结合工作原理图对设计好的液压系统进行数字化建模和仿真分析,验证了所设计的液压系统各项性能指标符合设计要求。

【Abstract】 The study on the dynamic properties of the aircraft landing gear is a very important part in aircraft design. Owing to the complexity in the response of the aircraft landing gear to runway unevenness and various road conditions, the study on the dynamic properties of the aircraft landing gear remains incomplete both in theory and test. Therefore, the systematical studies on the dynamic properties of the aircraft landing gear have not only the important theoretical significance, but also a practical value.In order to truly reflect all aspects of the aircraft landing gear taxiing, in this paper, a scheme of the aircraft landing gear taxiing test system is given, and the advantages of adopting hardware in the 1oop simulation (HILS) in this system are demonstrated.The design of a test platform of aircraft landing gear taxiing is given, and a static and dynamic analysis on the test platform based on the finite element method and MSC.Patran/Nastran software is presented. The maximal stress region is founded in the static analysis, and corresponding improvement is carried out. The natural frequencies and modal shape are also computed in dynamic analysis. The optimum structural parameter is obtained through the structural improvement and structure optimization of the test platform.The design of the hydraulic pressure part of the test system is given in this paper. Through the analysis of the dynamic properties displayed during aircraft landing gear taxiing, a curve diagram of its load characteristics is obtained, and according to which a scheme of hydraulic pressure system is made, a hydraulic system’s schematic diagram is designed, and hydraulic components are chosen. At last, a digital modelling and analytical simulation of the designed hydraulic system with the help of the principle blueprint on the simulating software platform MSC.EASY5 is given, which validates the performance of hydraulic system designed.
