带耗能减震层的框架—核心筒结构抗震性能分析

【摘要】 设置加强层是高层框架-核心筒结构减小水平侧移常用的一种方法,但在地震作用下,加强层的设置会引起结构刚度、内力突变,并易形成薄弱层。本文根据带加强层的框架-核心筒结构的抗震不利等因素,结合耗能减震技术提出了耗能减震层的概念。本文首先总结了耗能减震结构常用的分析模型和分析方法,然后结合一算例采用反应谱法和时程分析法对比了带加强层和不同耗能减震层的框架-核心筒结构的抗震性能和构件的受力变化,并分析了耗能减震层的工作原理。其次,以结构顶点位移为目标分析了耗能减震层的最佳布置位置以及耗能减震层位于不同位置时对结构其他性能的影响,并对比了环带构件对加强层结构和耗能减震层结构的影响。最后结合一实际工程分析了粘滞耗能减震层的减震效果,发现不管是对结构整体抗震性能还是对构件的内力,粘滞耗能减震层对结构的控制均优于加强层。耗能减震层是耗能减震技术和框架-核心筒结构相结合的产物,它具有减震机理明确、减震效果好、对结构的建筑功能和日常使用影响较小等优点,对这种新的结构形式的研究必然对耗能减震技术在高层与超高层结构中的应用起到积极地推动作用。

【Abstract】 Setting strengthened story is a normal method to reducing lateral displacement offrame-tube structure. But it can cause the sudden variation of structural stiffness andinternal forces, and will result in weak story. In this paper, the concept of seismicenergy dissipation story is put forward according to the adverse factors in frame-tubestructure with strengthened story under earthquake action.Firstly, analysis model and methods of seismic energy dissipation structure aresummarized. Then, seismic performance and member forces in frame-tube structurewith strengthened story and different seismic energy dissipation storys are comparedwith response spectrum method and time history analysis method. Workingmechanism of seismic energy dissipation story is analyzed.Secondly, optimal location of seismic energy dissipation story and influence onother performance of different location of seismic energy dissipation story are studiedon the purpose of minimizing top displacement. The influence of belts on seismicperformance of frame-tube structure with strengthened story and seismic energydissipation story are compared.At last, seismic effects of viscous seismic energy dissipation story are analyzedcombine an engineering application. It is found that the structure performance withviscous seismic energy dissipation story is better than strengthened story.Seismic energy dissipation story is the production of combining seismic energydissipation technology and frame-tube structure. It has many virtues, such asdefinitude seismic mechanism, excellent seismic effect and minor influence onbuilding function. Analyzed on seismic energy dissipation story must have a positiveaction on application of seismic energy dissipation technology.
