【摘要】 在今天，手机的作用越来越多，功能也越来越强大。手机早已不再是简单的通信工具，而成为具有通信、娱乐、支付等多种功能为一体的终端设备，与工作、生活密切相关。手机的发展迅猛，对人们工作生活产生了方方面面的巨大影响，手机信息(尤其是文本短信)的大行其道也在人类信息传播媒体历史上留下了重要的一页，无论是在经济、文化、社会舆论，手机都起到不可估量的作用。本文力图从手机“信息”的历史源起和现实脉络的清理入手，系统探讨以短信为核心的手机信息的各种功能，重点部分在于其经济、文化和舆论功能，同时对其引起的负面问题的影响和原因进行一定深度的论述和分析，讨论应对之策。文章从理论和实践的角度，既讨论手机种种社会功能，并且对于手机超越本身的技术工具属性而成为新兴媒体进行阐述和探究。文章认为，手机媒体化虽然目前只是初现端倪，从形式到内容，从理论到实践都还有待进一步完善。但随着3G时代的到来，媒体理念和运营模式的逐渐成熟，手机的诸多优势特性将得到进一步的显露，从而成为一种挑战传统媒体的新型移动型媒体。手机的“信息”媒介作用与现有的几种媒体相比，具有传播范围更广、传播速度更快、反馈更及时等优势，无论是从新闻传播学的学术意义上来讲，还是从目前通信产业的业务实践来看，它已经具备了成为“第五媒体”的能力和规模。本文最后部分对手机在新技术发展情况下的未来前景进行预测，认为移动通信技术发展到今天，手机不仅是一个信息渠道，本身更是将成为新型媒体。希望拙作能为人们在第五媒体的发展过程中尽力理出条理清晰的思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Today, the Mobile phone function become more and more important. The Mobile phone isn’t the simple communication facility, but becomes the terminal device having the correspondence, the entertainment , the payment and so on ,that has the close correlation with work and life.The Mobile phone fast development make some influence on work and life, so is short message, regardless of were in the economy, the culture, the public opinion, the Mobile phone pay the important role in economy \culture or public opinion.This article will discuss tries every function of short message from the historical and realistic message; the key part is in economy, the culture and the public opinion function, the author also analysis the negative question influence and discuss the solution. Article from theory and practice angle, also discusses the Mobile phone all sorts of social function, and surmounted itself regarding the Mobile phone technical tool attribute to become the emerging media to carry on the elaboration and the inquisition.The article believed that Mobile phone media at present also waits for further consummates from the theory to the practice. But along with 3G time’s arrival, media idea and operation pattern gradually mature, many superiority characteristic of he Mobile phone will obtain the further appearance, thus will become one kind of challenge tradition media in the new migration media.The Mobile phone have the broad dissemination scope and quicker propagation velocity, So, it already becomes "the fifth media" from dissemination academic significance and correspondsThis forecast of future prospect in new technological development situation will be clear in the developing process of fifth media for people.
