传统传媒企业的信息化需求与决策研究

【摘要】 随着信息技术的发展,新媒体如电子报纸、电子杂志、网络电视、手机电视等不断涌现。传统传媒企业的信息化已经不再局限于企业内部的信息化。本文把传统传媒企业的信息化分为内部信息化和外部信息化两类,其中内部信息化关注的是企业内部的生产效率的提高,而外部信息化则注重于信息流通渠道的拓展。而在现时激烈的市场竞争环境下,内外部信息化的结合成为了传统传媒企业的信息化进程是否成功的关健。在不同的信息化阶段,传统传媒企业的信息化的重点也有所不同,这取决于信息化决策过程中对信息化需求的全面分析与对企业的整体战略的把握。本文以定性研究为主,运用文献分析法、个案研究法等方法进行研究。研究主要探讨领域:什么是传统传媒企业(what)、为什么信息化(Whv)以及如何信息化(How)。经过探讨,本文构建了一个基于环境分析的需求分析模式,以及以需求为依托的决策理论。

【Abstract】 While the information technology develops, new media such as digital newspapers, digital magazines, Internet and mobile TV are emerging. As a result, the demand of the informationalization for traditional media does not limit to Internel informationalization. The paper proposes the informationalization should be divided into two parts: the internal and external informationalization. The internal informationalization concentrates on the productivity while the external one expands the channels for information delivering. The combination of internal and external informationalizations is the key to achieve success for traditional media during the informationalization process. The emphasis of informationalization varies in different phases, and depends on the quality of the recognition of the need of the changing market and long term strategy of the media.The paper mainly applies the qualitative investigation, with some approaches such as second-hand data, case study and so on. The discussion of informationalization focuses on three aspects: what the informationalization like for traditional media, what the needof informationalization is, and how the informationalization proceeds. During the discussion, a requirement analysis model based on environmental analysis, and a method to make informationalization decision are established.
