【摘要】 2006年中国网络教育市场规模达到了创纪录的202亿元，比2005年增长23％。从整体市场来看，我国网络教育大大弥补了国家教育经费不足，加快了我国全民受教育水平，满足了国家经济发展要求。随着中国的信息化程度、网民对网络教育认知程度、学历教育社会认可度的提高，网络教育市场将步入快速增长阶段。另一方面，移动教育作为远程教育发展的一次重大扩展已成为教育领域的研究重点。它利用移动通信技术和移动终端设备来实现随时、随地、随身地获取教育信息，创造了全新的远程学习方式。本文包括两大部分：现代远程教育系统与移动教育系统。现代远程教育系统：从目前远程教育发展概况和网络环境入手，结合网站开发技术，进行了一系列的系统需求分析。在此基础上论述基于IP网的远程教育系统的设计思想、总体结构和功能，以及实现方法和技术。系统采用B／S体系结构，注重良好的可扩展性，采用模块化设计方法，将其划分为课件点播、实时课堂与电子白板的集成、视频教学、智能考试、网上作业、在线课件(教学模板)、教学辅助和后台管理系统。移动教育系统：在当前网络环境下，以方便实用为目的，设计并实现了一套基于GPRS／CDMA与互联网的移动教育系统。系统包括用户管理、信息查询、课件下载、留言板和电子邮件五大功能模块，使得许多教学活动可以随时随地的完成，丰富了现代远程教育手段，增强了教与学的互动性，并为未来无线网络的发展提供扩展接口。对于系统的各个模块，阐述了各项关键技术和解决方法，最终在真机上测试通过。论文最后总结了课题完成的主要工作，提出了尚需进一步解决的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 The amount of net education market of China had received RMB 20.2 billion in 2006.It increased by 23% compared with 2005. For the whole market, the net education had made up the lack of education outlay, quickened education for all peoples, meet the requirement of economy development. The net education market will step into a stage of fast growing with the enhancement of information, the recognition of the net education by people and the approbation of degree by society. Otherwise, mobile-education as an extension of distance education development has become important research in the education field. People who take with the mobile equipments can get educational information anytime and anywhere.The paper includes two parts: the modern distance education and the mobile-learning. The modern distance education: having a series of analysis of system requirement base on the development of the distance education at present, the net environment and website development technology. In the paper, the design idea, architecture and function of teaching supporting system including implemental method and technique are discussed. The system adopt B/S architecture, pay attention to a good expandability, use modularization design method to divide the system into several subsystems, such as courseware request, the living broadcast classroom and integration of white board, video teaching, intellectual examination, network homework, online coirseware(teaching template), some auxiliary function and management.The mobile learning: Under the environment of present network, a mobile education system was constructed based on GPRS/CDMA and Internet for the purpose of facility and utility. The system includes five function modules: user manage, information inquire, courseware download, message board and email. It makes some activities of teaching and learning can happen in anytime and anywhere. It enriches the ways of E-learning and improves the activity of teaching and learning. It provides extended interface for the development of the future wireless network. The key technology and solutions of the different modules were discussed and the whole system was tested successfully on mobile phone finally.Finally, the paper sums up the main research work and the parts have to be improved.Keyword: Distance education; Stream media; ASP; J2ME; mobile education; information inquired of mobile phone;更多还原
