【摘要】 广东分库是中央合作金库的重要分支机构之一，学术界对它的研究不是很多。本文试图对战后中央合作金库广东分库(1947～1949)进行全面系统的研究，从其组织机构、一般业务、合作贷款业务经营等方面进行分析论述，旨在全面展现这一时期广东省分库的业务经营和管理状况，以此来剖析战争环境下合作金融企业经营的经验教训，并为当前农村金融改革提供些许借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Canton Branch is one of the most important branch organizations of Central Cooperative Bank, and research on it is no more in academe. In the dissertation, the writer tries to study central cooperative bank in Canton across-the-broad and by the numbers from its structure, general and cooperative loan operation, aiming to roundly exhibit the situation of management of Central cooperative bank in Canton (1947～1949) of that time and to take apart the experience of cooperative finance enterprises under war.
