贮液容器跌落冲击的计算机应力仿真

【摘要】 本文依托包装动力学理论和包装工程相关概念,采用计算机仿真技术,研究典型贮液容器在多种跌落工况下的应力分布规律。通过文献检索与调研,对商品包装概念、包装的历史演化与产业发展、包装工程中容器结构设计以及流通环境中的跌落冲击理论作了简要论述。论文的主要工作与成果,集中反映于采用ANSYS有限元软件,设计有效的计算流程进行玻璃啤酒瓶跌落冲击的仿真分析,获得了空瓶、贮酒两种状态下,垂直跌落和斜跌落等典型工况下的应力场和应力时间规律。论文在包装动力学范畴首次定义了冲击激励下的“液致应力倍增系数α”对了解液态商品对包装容器应力场的影响有重要的意义。在论文后期,作者将工作向三个方面拓展:一.模拟真实流通工况,把瓦楞纸板外包装的作用引入容器应力分析,在相同的典型工况下,获得了一系列成果;二.分析容器结构与强度的关系,用应力计算具体指导啤酒瓶结构优化设计,有一定的应用价值;三.探讨了贮液容器流固耦合和模态分析两个既成熟而在包装力学方向未见详尽研究的概念,初步计算表明,这是一个值得进一步研究的方向。

【Abstract】 This paper researches the stress distribution of the liquid-storaged containers in avariety of dropping conditions based on kinetic theory of the packaging andpackaging engineering concepts using computer simulation technology. Throughresearch and document retrieval it briefly discusses product packaging concept, thehistorical evolution of the packaging ,the industrial development, vessel structuraldesign in packaging engineering and the dropping impact theory in environmentcirculation. The main achievements of this paper reflect on getting the stress andstress-time law under various conditions via the software of ANSYS.Throughdesigning the effective process, We have done the stress simulation analysis duringthe dropping impact of the glass beer bottles. The first definition of "liquid-inducedstress multiplier factorα" in the dynamic packaging field is of an importantsignificance to understand the impact which is led by the liquid packaging products.In the latter part of the paper, the author expands to three aspects: 1. Simulatethe real flow conditions,lead the function of the corrugated board to the stress analysisof the container.In the same typical conditions, we acquire a series of achievements; 2.analyse the relation between structure and intensity of the container,design structuralOptimization of the beer bottles by stress calculation, it has certain value; 3. analysethe fluid-structure coupling and the modal analysis which both are mature and notdetailed researched in the direction of packaging engineering. preliminarycalculation shows that this is one worthy of further research.
