分形几何在500MPa钢筋混凝土梁的试验研究及分形分析

【摘要】 建筑结构的开裂问题一直以来都是国内外有关专家学者关注的课题之一。随着《混凝土结构设计规范》(GB50010-2002)的颁布和实施,HRB400 (新Ⅲ级钢)钢筋已经作为主导钢筋推广并应用于工程结构。然而对500MPa(Ⅳ)钢筋作为抗剪箍筋研究刚刚起步,可能会出现过宽的斜裂缝而不能满足结构的适用性和耐久性的要求。高强度箍筋混凝土结构在正常使用阶段能否满足适用性和耐久性的要求,一直是工程应用关注的问题之一。本文通过对8根高强度箍筋混凝土T形截面梁的试验研究,分析了高强钢筋混凝土梁在集中荷载作用下斜裂缝产生和发展过程及开裂模式,并在此基础上重点讨论了不同的影响因素,主要分析了加载方式、混凝土强度、钢筋强度对试验梁的开裂、裂缝宽度、挠度等的影响,讨论了试验梁在使用荷载阶段能否满足最大裂缝宽度限值的要求。同时,在试验的基础上,利用已有的试验数据和裂缝图用分形几何理论对试件中斜裂缝的出现、发育以及演化分布特征进行分析。结果表明:分形理论对斜裂缝自相似性有很好的量化关系,对高强箍筋钢筋混凝土梁受剪斜裂缝有很好预测。最后本文通过对8根HRB400和8根500MPa在集中荷载作用下高强箍筋T形截面简支梁的试验研究对比,借助于试验中不同荷载下阶段裂缝分布图,运用分形理论对试件中混凝土裂缝开展各阶段的斜裂缝密度、剪力、挠度与分形维数的关系进行分析对比。研究表明:两种高强钢筋混凝土构件都有很好的稳定性,有很好的推广应用前景,同时分形维数与剪力、挠度、以及裂隙化程度具有明确的量化关系丰富了本试验的研究。

【Abstract】 Construction structure dehiscence question is always one of topics which the domestic and foreign concerned experts pay attention. Along with "Concrete structure Design Standard" (GB50010-2002) promulgation and implementation, HRB400 (newⅢsteel) steel bar has already been the led steel bar to promote and to apply in the engineering structure. However , 500 MPa (Ⅳ) steel bar as anti-cut the stirrup research just to start, it possibly could appear the width slanting crack which can not to be able to satisfy the structure serviceability and durable request. Whether does the high strength stirrup concrete structure satisfy the serviceability and durable request in the normal operational phase is always one of project application matters of concerning.The article made eight high strength stirrup concrete T the shape section beams experimental study, and analyzed that reinforced concrete beam produce crack with the developing process and the dehiscence pattern under the centralism load, and mainly discussed the different influence factor in this foundation and analyzed the influence of experimented beam dehiscence, the crack opening, the deflection and so on under the load way, the concrete intensity, the steel bar intensity to, discussed whether experimented beam satisfy the biggest crack opening limiting value in the use load stage.At the same time, in the experimental foundation, using the existing data and crack chart to analyse the sample in the slanting crack appearance, the growth as well as the evolved distribution characteristic with the fractal geometry theory. The result indicated that, The fractal theory has the very good quantification relations to the slanting crack from the similarity, to excel in stirrup reinforced concrete beam sheared in inclined crack forecast.Finally this article compared experimental study of 8 HRB400 and 8 500 MPa high strength stirrup T shape section simple beam under centralism load function. with the aid of the stage crack distribution map in the experiment under the different load, with the fractal theory carries the slanting fracture density, the shearing force, the amount of deflection and the fractal dimension relations on the analysis contrast, which is from the concrete crack developing various stages of the sample. The research indicated that, Two kind of high strength reinforced concrete component all has the very good stability and promoted application prospect, at the same time the fractal dimension and the shearing force, the amount of deflection, as well as the crevasse degree has the explicit quantification relations which enriched this experimental research.
