5000T辊式磨关键部件有限元分析

【摘要】 随着高新技术的发展,对粉末材料的要求越来越高。因此粉磨技术也随之不断发展,辊式磨的应用已成为粉磨行业中的发展趋势。辊式磨的出现降低了系统电耗,节省了大量烘干用煤和资金,而且大大改观了生产环境,由此带来的经济效益和社会效益十分可观,具有深远的理论意义和较高的实用价值。在开发新式辊式磨过程中发现,其上、下摇臂对辊式磨性能的影响非常大。本文应用UG NX3.0软件对辊式磨的上、下摇臂建立了3D实体模型。在建立3D实体模型的基础上,利用UG软件的CAE模块进行有限元分析。通过划分网格,指定边界条件,添加载荷,指定网格材料属性等步骤,对关键件上、下摇臂的强度进行了结构分析和参数优化。分析结果表明:上摇臂的最大应力位于上下部分相联接的圆角处,其下部应力较低,上摇臂下部为封闭式箱体结构。下摇臂前端从轴孔到凹槽拐角处应力较大,而在摇臂下部应力较小。通过对零件进行强度校核,零件满足强度要求。

【Abstract】 Along with the development of high-tech, the demand of powder materials becomes higher and higher. So powder technology developed continuously, the application of roller mill has become the development trend of grinding industries. Roller Mill not only reduced system power consumption and saved a lot of money and drying coal, but also greatly improved the production environment. The resulting economic and social benefits are very significant, and far-reaching theoretical and practical value is much higher.In the process of developing a new roller mill, we found that the influence of upper and subjacent rocker arm to roller mill properties is very large. In this paper, through UG NX3.0, a 3D solid model of upper and subjacent rocker arm of roller mill was founded. The 3D solid model was analyzed by finite element analysis in use of CAE module of UG. Through dividing the mesh, designating boundary conditions, adding payloads, specifying mesh material attributes and so on, structural analysis and parameter optimization of the intensity of upper and subjacent rocker arm was put up.The results indicated that the maximum stress of the upper rocker arm located at the linking corner of upper and subjacent parts, and subjacent part lower. The structure of subjacent part of upper rocker arm is closed box. The stress from axle hole to the corner of notch of front-end of subjacent rocker arm is larger and subjacent part lower. Through intensity checking of parts, components can meet the requirements.
