【摘要】 本文针对大庆炼化公司炼油二厂1.8Mt/a催化裂化装置进行了产品收率的工艺模型建立和不同生产方案的优化研究,用于该装置今后的宏观计划。通过研究催化裂化装置的生产技术特点,分析影响产品收率的主要因素,选取初步变量。以催化裂化装置的2001年和2002年的历史生产数据为基础,选择线性回归统计分析方法,采用SPSS(Statistics Package for Social Science)软件进行数据处理,找出装置产品收率与各个相关变量之间存在的规律,并建立3组数学模型,以及8组独立变量与产品收率的相关模型,并对每个模型进行了方程及其系数的显著性检验。通过对模型的检验和图表的分析,认为这些模型基本上反映了因变量和自变量间的关系。同时用2002年后半年的数据对模型进行了检验,验证了模型具有较好的外延性。针对市场及公司的要求,提出3种生产方案,利用得到的数学模型进行线性规划,对各种方案做出优化决策。本文通过对催化裂化装置的统计和优化,使模型与操作情况紧密结合,为编制生产计划,分析装置运行状况,优化生产操作,提高产品收率提供了理论参考,在实际生产中对装置具有指导作用,为今后模型的不断改进奠定了理论基础。

【Abstract】 The model of 1.8Mt/a FCC plant of Daqing Refinery and Chemical Company was constructed and the optimization of different product plan of FCC unit was researched, which would be used in the macroscopic plan in future.The preliminary variables have been selected by means of studying production feature of FCC plant, analyzing the primary factor which affect different products yield of FCC unit. Based on the historical production data of FCC unit, we used selecting linear regression statistical analysis method, and the data were processed by“Statistics Package for Social Science”software. The relation of yield and different correlated variables has been found out, and three product yield models and eight correlated models of independent variable were set up. According the production practical situation, we selected three production projects by linear programming method and gained the optimization results.Using statistics and optimization of FCC unit, the model is connected with the operation situation tightly for analyzing plant operation situation, optimizing production operation and so on. For the purpose of executing about production plans, it will make a good directive function. It will offer the theoretical basis for the improvement of models.
