基于全数字控制的有源电力滤波器的硬件设计

【摘要】 抑制谐波的方法主要有无源滤波技术和有源电力滤波器(APF)技术。与传统的无源滤波器相比,有源电力滤波器(APF)以其卓越的滤波性能受到广泛关注。随着数字信号处理技术的高速发展,以全数字化控制技术实现的有源电力滤波器必将成为电力电子技术中新的研究热点。本文从电力系统谐波研究的实际问题出发,阐述了本论文研究的背景和目的以及国内外谐波抑制技术的发展现状,深入分析、比较了目前常用的有源滤波器的结构和工作原理,在基于瞬时无功功率理论基础上,探讨了谐波电流检测的各种方案及其特点,本文选用基于瞬时无功功率理论的ip-iq运算方式对谐波电流进行了检测。在确定各种方案的基础上,对本文设计的有源滤波器进行了硬件和软件设计,对各硬件部分实现的功能进行了具体的介绍,并给出了实现原理图,软件设计部分给出了主要程序的设计流程图。以上设计方案在MATLAB仿真软件包的SIMULINK环境下进行了仿真实现,对谐波提取和谐波补偿的方法进行了检验,同时对各主要模块实现的具体模型进行了验证,仿真结果证实了本文设计的有源滤波器的正确性和谐波补偿的实时性,并且通过仿真试验修正了装置的必需参数。在理论分析和仿真研究的基础上,设计了基于TMS320F2812 DSP控制的并联型电力有源滤波器,研制了实验样机,对并联型电力有源滤波器进行了初步的实验研究。实验结果表明,采用ip-iq法能够实时、准确地检测出非线性负载的谐波电流和无功电流,同时也表明,这种基于TMS320F2812 DSP的有源电力滤波器具有优良的谐波补偿特性。

【Abstract】 Passive filters and active power filters (APF) are the two primary approaches foreliminating harmonics. comparing with the traditional passive filter. APF has obtained moreattention with the superexcellent performance, and with the fast development of digital signalprocessing technology, the full digital controlled APF will become a new research focus in thepowerelectronicsfield.This paper has studied the fact problem of the harmonic in power system. elucidated thebackground and purpose of the research and general situation of domestic and foreign researchof harmonic elimination technique in power system, which are given in the paper, principles andstructures of Active Power Filters are analyzed and compared. on the basis of instantaneousreactive power, detecting methods diversified schemes for harmonic based on the theory ofinstantaneous reactive power are discussed and the characteristics of all types are put forward,then choose ip-iq operation mode; on the basis of these projects, designed the hardware andsoftware of Active Power Filter, and explained particular for parts of hardware, the diagrams aregiven together, the flowcharts of software are given too. and then the designed project issimulated in SIMULINK environment of MATLAB software, the method of detecting harmonicand compensatory harmonic is tested, and the implementation of the major models is alsojustified, the results of the simulation has proved that the designed Active Power Filter isaccurate and applicability. through the simulation, parameters of device needed in the paper ismodified.On the base of theoretical analysis and simulated research, the shunt active power filterbased on TMS320F2812 DSP has been designed, and the initial research on the shunt activepowerfilterhasbeendonetoo.Experimental results demonstrate that the ip-iq method based on instantaneous reactivetheory can both detect the harmonic current of nonlinear load, and obtain the reactive currentrapidly.TheexperimentalresultalsoindicatedthatthiskindofAPFbasedontheTMS320F2812DSPhasthegoodcompensating-characteristics.
