应用于中央空调控制系统的嵌入式控制器的研究

【摘要】 空调监控系统作为楼宇自动化系统中的重要组成部分,其重要性正日益突现。目前,国内商业智能大厦的楼宇自动化系统设计日趋复杂、庞大,其空调系统占整个智能大厦能耗的比重越来越大。为了对大厦内部的空调系统进行有效的控制和管理,并充分利用节能技术,将嵌入式控制器和计算机控制技术应用于空调监控系统中是非常重要的。本文研究了嵌入式控制器,并将嵌入式控制器应用于中央空调监控系统,实现了数据的采集和控制。嵌入式控制器的设计采用C8051F020单片机,将现场标准的0-10V电压信号,4-20mA电流信号和0-100oC温度信号调理成单片机所要求的信号。天津市环保局环保监察、应急监测中心综合楼的中央空调监控系统,采用的嵌入式控制器是SIEMENS公司的MBC和MEC嵌入式控制器,软件采用的是SIEMENS公司的APOGEE Insight软件。本论文以天津市环保局环保监察、应急监测中心综合楼的中央空调监控系统工程为背景,针对中央空调监控系统的技术要求,提出了智能大厦空调监控系统的设计和实施方案。其主要内容包括:介绍了智能大厦的基本概念、发展趋势以及存在的问题;详细介绍了楼宇自动化系统的技术要求、空调监控系统的组成、工作原理、设计要求和实施;论文最后对我国智能大厦的节能问题进行了探讨,对我国智能大厦的可持续性健康发展提出了自己的建议。

【Abstract】 The monitor system of air-conditioning, which is an import part of BAS, is becoming more important. Recently, the design of BAS is complex, and the power use of air-conditioning system is more and more high. To achieve the efficient control and management of the air-conditioning system, as well as the efficient use of the technology of saving energy, it is very important to apply embedded controller and computer control technique to the monitor system of air-conditioning.In this paper, the embedded controller is studied and applied to the monitor system of central air-conditioning. It realizes data collection and control. The design of embedded controller adopts C8051F020 MCU, and change standard signal of 0-10V, 4-20mA and 0-100oC to standard MCU signal.The hardware of this monitor system adopts SIEMENS Embedded Controllers including Modular Building Controller,Modular Equipment Controller, and so on. The software adopts APOGEE Insight of SIEMENS.This paper is based on the central air-conditioning monitor system project of environment protecting、monitor integration building in Tianjin environment protecting bureau. It makes the design and actualizing scheme. This paper includes: the basic concepts and development trend of intelligent mansion, its problems, the requirement of the BAS, the buildup of the monitor system of air-conditioning and its principle. And the monitor system of air-conditioning is implemented. Its design method is introduced. Finally, it discusses the problem of saving energy of intelligent mansion, and presents suggestions on the continual development of the intelligent mansion.
