基于WebSphere Portal的企业系统整合的设计与实现

【摘要】 随着计算机技术,网络技术和数据库技术的迅速发展,企业的信息管理系统和业务流程系统的应用越来越广泛,在企业运作中发挥了越来越重要的作用。但这些信息系统相互独立,数据分散,从而造成了一定的资源浪费和数据冗余。由于用户信息没有得到统一控制,增加了安全风险,同时也增加了管理员的管理负担。另外用户为了完成某项任务常常需要登录多个系统,这就增加了用户负担和系统风险。基于WebSphere Portal的企业信息门户系统可以有效地解决这些问题。企业信息门户系统提供了一个基于Web的统一信息访问解决方案。它整合了企业现有信息系统,提供统一入口,方便用户操作。整合的企业门户系统还增加了系统数据共享,提高了资源利用率。同时企业信息门户系统的单点登录机制减少了用户登录负担,相对增加了系统安全。本文的重点就是通过WebSphere Portal整合企业现有系统的设计与实现。从Portal基础出发,着重分析了建立企业信息门户系统的架构设计,并就系统集成中单点登录,内容管理和工作流等几大关键技术点进行深入地剖析,并提出有效的解决办法。此外,本文还简单介绍了Portal平台的其他的特点,如用户个性化设置,访问控制等等。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of computer science, computer network technology anddatabase technology, many enterprises have established various informationmanagement systems, which take more and more important role in the development ofenterprise. But at the same time, these systems have no cooperation between them,which makes a waste of resource and redundant data stored. Often the user needs tologging in several systems one time in order to finish a task, thus it brings the usermuch trouble. Also this brings administrators much extra work to manage system users.Enterprise information Portal based on WebSphere Portal can solve above problemscompletely.Enterprise information Portal is a web based system. It integrates and optimizes theinformation from the enterprise systems, and provides users an entrance to enter anysystem under the Portal System. Thus Enterprise Portal System brings conveniences toall users.This article is based on integration enterprise systems using WebSphere Portal. After asimple introduction of Portal basic theories, this article describes the architecture of theenterprise Portal system. And this article analysis several technical problems includingSingle Sign-On, Web Clipping and Content Management, it also gives the somesolutions to these problems. Besides this, other Portal features like Theme & Skin,Access Control are also introduced in this article.
