壁后注浆技术在大佛寺煤矿斜井中的应用研究

【摘要】 注浆技术作为工程技术的一个新领域已经一百多年的历史了。它是岩土工程重要的应用技术,其理论研究发展非常迅速。但是在动水条件下进行斜井(巷道、隧道等混凝土结构)壁后注浆堵水、治理水害方面的应用研究还不成熟。为了更好地促进注浆技术尤其是壁后注浆技术的发展,并改善井筒安全作业条件及缓解矿井排水压力,在理论联系实际的前提下进行其应用研究是必要的和有意义的。本文首先根据大佛寺煤矿实际工程地质和水文地质状况,对井筒涌水原因进行分析;然后从实际情况出发,在对比优化的基础上,确定了壁后注浆技术方案对井筒进行堵水;其次在施工现场进行了注浆材料试验研究,掌握了CS浆液的凝结时间和固结强度变化规律,从而选择了现场合理的浆液配合比、注浆参数和注浆工艺;再次借鉴前人经验及工程实践,对设备配套进行研究,对壁后注浆的封孔器、双液混合器进行改进,形成一套适合的配套设备;最后将井筒变形监测技术应用到壁后注浆施工安全控制中,通过监测数据反映了井壁受力状态,得到了注浆过程中井壁变形情况及其变形规律,为注浆效果和注浆工程施工安全提供了保证。经工程实践证明,壁后注浆技术在治理大佛寺煤矿斜井涌水是可行的,注浆效果显著。

【Abstract】 A new realm that grouting technique to be the engineering technique is already the history of more than 100 years.It is an important applied technique of geotechnical engineering, its theories research development is quick very.But at move under condition of water carry on the inclined well(well tube, tunnel etc. the concrete structure) wall after still note the application study that grouting blocks up the water and manages the water to harm the aspect not mature.For promoting grouting technique betterly and ising a wall particularly to grouting technical development behind, and improve the safe homework condition of the mine and alleviate the mineral well to drain the pressure, contact the actual premise in the theories under carry on its application study’s is necessary and meaningful.This text first according to the Dafosi coal mine actual engineering geology and the hydrology geology conditions, flow out the reason of water to carry on the analysis to the well tube; Then set out from the actual circumstance, in contrasting the excellent foundation for turn, grouting technique project to carry on blocking up the water to the well tube after making sure the wall; The next in order at start construction the spot carries on to injection material to experiment the research, controling the CS to strach coagulation time of the liquid and solid knot strength variety regulation, thus chose the spot the syrup liquid of the reasonable matches with the ratio and grouting parameter and grouting craft; Draw lessons from people of the past’s experience and the engineering fulfillment again, carry on the research to the equipments kit, grouting the wall behind of seal the bore instrument, a liquid admixture instrument to carry on the improvement, become a set of kit equipments for suit; The end notes the well tube after transform monitor the technique to apply to the wall grouting behind construction in the safe control, passing to monitor the data to reflect the well wall to be subjected to the dint appearance, getting to the grouting process in the well wall transform the circumstance and it transforms the regulation, for the grouting result and the grouting engineering construction safety to provide the assurance.Engineering practice make it logical , which the wall grouting behind technique at manage the inclined well of Dafosi coal mine to flow out the water is feasible, the grouting result to prominence.
