注塑成型系统知识库及优化设计方法研究

【摘要】 针对目前注塑模设计的复杂性和对专家的依赖性,为提高注塑模的设计效率和专家知识的利用率,对注塑模成型系统知识库进行了研究;在知识库推理的基础上对成型工艺的多目标优化方法进行了研究。本文以注塑模成型系统设计为研究对象,以知识工程为理论基础,对注塑模成型系统知识库进行了研究,提出了成型系统基于规则的参数化推理方法,利用成型系统知识库推理结果进行CAE模拟分析,结合优化数学方法对成型工艺进行优化处理,最后开发了注塑模成型系统知识库原型系统。具体如下:(1)介绍了知识获取和表示方法的理论,并结合浇注系统、冷却系统、成型工艺系统和成型缺陷分析系统的相关知识进行阐述。(2)介绍了知识推理的一般方法,提出了成型系统基于规则的参数化推理方法。对基于规则的参数化推理的意义、过程模型和实例进行了详细说明。(3)利用成型系统知识库推理,结合CAE模拟技术和数学优化方法对成型工艺参数的多目标优化方法进行介绍,并以具体实例进行了详细说明。(4)开发了注塑模成型系统知识库的原型系统,包括知识库维护管理系统和推理系统两个部分。本文通过实例证明了将成型系统知识库推理与成型工艺优化方法结合有助于提高注塑模设计效率和优化注塑成型工艺。

【Abstract】 In view of complication of injection mould design and dependence onexpert presently, aimed for elevating design efficiency of injection mouldand utilizing efficiency of expert knowledge, knowledge base of injectionmould molding system is researched on; based on knowledge basereasoning, multi-object optimal method on molding process is researchedon.This paper takes injection mould molding system design as researchobject, takes knowledge based engineer as theory base, knowledge base ofinjection mould molding system is researched on; parametrisation rulebased reasoning method of molding system is put forward, CAEsimulation analysis is done which makes use of reasoning result fromknowledge base of molding system, molding process is optimized whichintegrates optimal maths method. At last, knowledge base of injectionmould molding system prototype system is developed.Firstly, theory of knowledge acquisition and expressing method is introduced, which relative knowledge about runner system、coolingsystem、molding process system and molding defects system is expoundedintegrately.Secondly, normal method of knowledge reasoning is introduced,parametrisation rule based reasoning method of molding system is putforward, the significance,course model,case of parametrisation rule basedreasoning method is demonstrated detailedly.Thirdly, reasoning of knowledge base of molding system is made useof, multi-object optimal method on molding process is introduced whichintegrates CAE simulating technology and optimal maths method, besides,specific case is demonstrated detailedly.Finally, knowledge base of injection mould molding system proto-type system is developed, which includes knowledge base maintaining-managing system and reasoning system.According to the case of this paper, it is verified that the integrationof reasoning of knowledge base of molding system and optimal method ofmolding process contributes to elevating design efficiency of injectionmould and optimizing molding process.
