电液数字伺服同步系统的研究

【摘要】 现代应用工程对液压同步系统的控制精度和响应速度等性能都提出了很高要求。而通过采用高精度的控制元件,改变执行元件的作用形式和安装形式,采用适当的控制策略可以满足系统对性能的要求。本文所研究的电液数字伺服同步系统是以高精度的数字伺服阀作为同步回路的主控制元件,且采用了PID控制器的主从控制方式的同步控制系统。本文基于电液数字伺服同步控制实验之上进行了数学建模,并利用MATLAB/SIMULINK仿真软件对实验系统进行线性化仿真,研究PID控制器的控制参数和结构参数对同步系统的性能响应,同时也利用仿真比较了主从方式和等同方式两种不同控制方式下的系统性能的优劣。另外,也进行了系统的非线性仿真,并将其结果与线性仿真作了简单的比较。仿真结果表明,该系统具有较好的同步控制效果。

【Abstract】 At present, the performance of the hydraulic synchronization system such as highcontrol accuracy and quick reaction speed is demanded. Using high precise controlelement, changing the style of load and installment of the executive element or adoptingsuitable control strategy can meet the requirement. This paper present a electrohydraulicdigital servo synchronization system which considers the high precised digital servovalve as the main control element in the synchronization circulation and makes use ofthe PID controller and the control strategy of"master-slave".Basing on the experiment of the electrohydraulic digital servo system, amathematic model is established. And a linear simulation of the experiment system iscarried out by using the software of MATLAB/SIMULINK, some useful results abouthow the parameter of PID controller and system structure affect the system’sperformance are get. Meanwhile its performance under two different control strategiesare compared by mean of simulation. Besides, nonlinear simulation is carried out, andmake a simple comparation with linear simulation. Simulation results show that highsynchronization oerformance can be achieved by the system.
